As a person who really enjoys E-bikes, I have to give credit to this company. This by far is the most comfortable bike I have ever ridden and one of the coolest looking. I happen to see reviews on this bike on YouTube. It really caught my eye and every video I came across were giving great reviews. I watched videos for a few weeks and finally decided to pull the trigger and I’m glad I did. Build Quality: Bigniu really took their time when putting the BGX together. The welds are clean and seamless. The frame is light all the while feeling beefy and stable. The brakes are amazing and the rotors are a little thicker and larger than you would find on most bikes which gives them greater stopping power and are less prone to warping. The shocks, seat and tires work extremely well together. I don’t think you could ask for a better pairing. I could go and on but I digress. Power/Range: When buying any E-bike the question of power and range is and always will be on the table. This bike is a 48v system with a 40amp controller and 1500w motor. The power is there make no mistake and I haven’t met one hill I couldn’t go up with ease. To put it in perspective I have other bikes that are 52v, 750w motors and the BGX is faster and takes hills better. Having a 40amp controller paired with the 1500w motor offsets the difference in Voltage between a 48v and 52v. So the BGX doesn’t take off as fast but the difference is only 2 seconds which is practically nothing. Its ability to get up to speed is impressive! It just keeps pulling. My top speed on a flat has be 42mph and I weigh 211lbs. This was verified by GPS. I don’t know how this is possible with 48v but it actually happened. I contribute this to its light aluminum frame. I would also say the 40amp controller pushing that power to the brushless motor really allowed for top speed. My range so far and I haven’t drained the battery, not even close has been 31 miles. I haven’t done a range test yet but I’m sure it will hit the advertised 40 miles. The Ride: Let me tell you what you can expect. When sitting on the BGX it has this cruiser feel to it much like sitting on a chopper or a Harley. The tires are 20x 5 which is a pretty fat tire. When taking off the acceleration is smooth and there is absolutely no sound coming from the motor. I mean no sound at all!! As you’re riding the bike is very very nimble and you wouldn’t think so from looking at it but it is much more nimble than bikes that are smaller. The BGX has a cloud like feel and when maneuvering the bike it has this rocker sensation. It handles like a speed boat but feels like a luxury boat at the same time if that makes sense. I haven’t been on any other bike as comfortable as this and I’ve ridden quite a few. By far it has one of the best seats you can get. The designers of this bike really gave it a lot of thought when putting this package together. Sidenote: The pedals on this bike do not scrape the ground when you turn or lean. You would have to lean the bike almost flat in order for that to happen. Something else you should know is that the bike has a safety feature that when you want to take off you tap the break and that will allow the motor to engage. So for example if when you turn the bike on just tap the break and release it and then pedal or roll on the throttle. If you’re riding along and come to a complete stop after about 8 seconds just tap the break and then take off. It is a safety feature. It feels like you are pressing the clutch in and putting it into 1st if you’ve ever ridden a motorcycle. Currently at the moment Bigniu is not selling spare batteries for this bike. This is the one thing I’m waiting for and I’m sure is coming soon. I will be buying another BGX because having 2 is a must!! At this price point this bike can’t be beat. What you’re getting is beyond a great value. I’ve gotten so many stares and compliments on this bike. One person said I look like the Dark Knight lol. Getting compared to Batman isn’t a bad thing. FYI I don’t normally give reviews but this was worth my time. I hope this review helped and happy riding to everyone.

This bike is fun and it performs. Big powerful battery 48v 31.5Ah, 1500w rear drive motor. Its fast, torquey and comfortable. 20 x 5 fat tires, 4 piston hydraulic brakes, rear dual spring/shock suspension, an inverted front fork that is adjustable and a fantastic paint job. Mine is the blue/purple color shift metallic, but what ever color you pick its quality. This bike is comfortable to ride, easy to mount and easy to pedal. i highly recommend it for anybody who wants a quality e bike that performs and turns heads. A noteworthy heads up, the battery must be carefully installed, you must make sure it is aligned squarely on the mount. It must then be slid with some force until you hear an audible "click", if no click the battery is not locked in. The bike will still be functional but the heavy battery is subject to falling out. Make sure it's clicked.

Company tefuses to give a manufactures certificate of origin. New ebike laws in my state requires me to register. YOU CAN'T REGISTER WITHOUT A CERTIFICATE. Now I own a useless bike that is illegal to ride (and paid 2000 dollars for. Bike is falling apart, ive had to replace almost everything on it. Defective rear brakes caused an auto accident last year (rotor BROKE off of hub) ...everyy time I try to politely get help from them they hide behind the language barrier and lie lie lie!

Pķ poo p⁴⁴My break rotor in the back wheel has a lot of vibration when I use. And a minimum vibration noise when on the move. It is starting to give me some worries. I will adjust the rotor and the back rim cause it seems þe a little wobbly. This will not be my first wheel build. It is important to know what you are doing, when adjusting spokes on wheels. I started painting my bike with some house of kolor paints and giving it some old school flames I plan of updating with pictures. After I fix the issues and spray the top coat.

This model is easy to assemble. I have over 200 miles on it and not a single issue. The acceleration is better than expected. The braking is very satisfactory for a ride of this size. The bike is very strong. The height recommendation is also accurate. Overall very good value. I would consider buying the next model when it is released.
