The media could not be loaded. We purchased this bike as our son's DREAM Chrismas gift and I am so devasted that he cannot even ride the thing. He rode the bike whenever he could this winter, weather permitting. And by the time spring arrived, it was TOTALLY and COMPLETELY falling apart. The rear wheel literally FALLS OFF. The motor cable dislodged itself. As soon as you reconnect the motor cable and put the wheel back on, press the throttle to move, the wheel falls off!!!! Before the wheel starting falling off, preventing ANY USE OF THE BIKE, it started maxxing out at 15 miles/ hour. We've been contacting the seller for a few months --and receiving new parts to FIX this. They sent parts that DONT FIT. It's nearly impossible to find reviews on this bike, so I should have known better, but got stuck on getting this beautiful thing for our kid. Unfortunately, its a piece of junk. so far... so bad.
