So, I'll start with the bad.. it can make me jittery and sort of itchy. Not like rash itchy but I assume it's doing something to my muscles and blood flow that it's more of a tingly feeling that sort of itches. Now the good! I drink this before I do heavy duty work (I'm sort of a carpenter) and it for sure gives me the energy and stamina that I need. I've cut way back on the energy drinks because this stuff is like an energy drink x10 without all the sugar and less cost. There are some other benefits that I've found.. without being too descriptive.. it makes me like an 18 year old again with the wife.. if she sees me drinking one before bed now she knows that things are about to get crazy. I don't work out in the gym like I did in my younger years, I use it more for energy and endurance while I'm working but could totally see this as helpful for you gym rats out there. If there is anything that you feel is lacking in life and could use more energy, endurance, power, etc. This is the ticket. This stuff is legit. I used C4 for years. This stuff blows C4 out of the water. When you start this product if recommend a half scoop to start with. A full scoop and you can see into alternate dimensions. Seriously I can get a great pump and tons of energy at 4am when I work out.

I don't know if I'm the perfect person to give this review, but I haven't experienced or tried a lot of pre workouts. I've tried the C4 and the No-Xplode. I liked both of those, but I saw this on tiktok of course and thought it would be a good change and a chance to try something new since I was in the market. I really really like this product. I don't care for the pre workouts that make your body tingle or itch. That just don't sit well with me and I believe that this product doesn't have that beta-alanine? Or if it doesn't I haven't noticed any itching or tingling feeling from this product and I've been using it for the past week for the gym. I go to the gym in the morning and I think that's the best time to use this. I find myself wound/have more energy throughout the day far after going to the gym in the morning. The taste is great! I do believe that it tastes like sweet tarts, and that's a plus as well. I also think that as far as dry scooping this is easy to get down and mixes well with water also. I have tried many prework outs and I have to say beyond raw has been the most disappointing so far. The first thing is the scoop, It's huge. If you like to dry scoop your pre-workout this is not the one for you. Second I took it 30 min before the gym and never felt any tingles or more awake at the gym. Overall the only good thing it has going is 300mg of caffeine. I will NOT be buying again. ... show more

Not my favorite flavor Gummy Worm I got this item on sale I wonder why but it’s pretty good pre workout I sometimes mix it with my Total War. I’d say it’s a mid range pre workout.

Taste ia great but I am hating that this pre workout gets so hard I can't even get a scoop out of it. Iv had LIT before and absolutely loved it and had no issues with it which is why I wanted to try LIT AF. Something needs to be done in regards to this powder hardening up... It's a rock!
