Shipping was a like a week late, but seller remained in contact with me for most of experience, and there’s a pandemic going on so, little can be done about that. It arrived in 3 large boxes, which made it into my smaller apartment. Came in great/new condition, no tears, rust, or imperfections. Assembly was very easy. No tools required, took me and my mother about 30-40 mins give or take. The back piece to the chaise is wobbly and still unsure why, but it works none the less. When you sit on the couch it’s not a tall back to the couch which is disappointing. The couch is very firm, but that’s what I prefer and I’m certain if will become broken into with use. The sectional is small enough to fit in well with my small living room. It is completely made of faux leather and exactly pictured. It is decent for a large family use, so that is why I decided to purchase it. Unfortunately, I received a defective product, but the seller was willing to replace product. Instead, I requested for a full refund. Seller returned my full refund and also generously cancel return shipment. The refund and cancellation process took me a month. So this is obviously a cheap couch based on the price. But I didn’t realize how cheap it would be till it arrived. At first glance it’s fine, but all the couch cushions have a cheap fabric on the back. so should a guest come over and knock the cushion over or move it you will see how cheap it is. It’s extremely rigid and uncomfortable to sit on. I have bought several pieces of furniture in my life. I needed a smaller size sectional for the room. It wasn’t hard to put together, but the fabric is shiny like vinyl/plastic, and it’s terrible and cold to sit on. I am an average size female, and when you sit on the cushions, they go completely flat like you’re sitting on the hard frame. You can feel the hard boards of the frame underneath you, making you not want to sit on it. Sadly, I wish I hadn’t bought it. Not sure if it can be returned. It is by far the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on in my life. Apparently, that is why buying furniture on line can be a big problem. Misleading photos of the fabric, and you can’t sit on it, so you won’t realize how terrible it is. Very regretful buyer here. ... show more

First thing you need to know before purchase is you HAVE to be home to accept delivery. Once you sign, its yours. Shipping is tricky. Mine arrived stood on end on a broken pallet and a squished ottoman box, so I was nervous but all was ok inside. Assembly was extremely simple and took 20 minutes tops. The couch itself seems durable. It is a firm couch. If you are looking to sink in, this isn't for you. The cushions etc come out squished but straighten out after a day or so. So far it was a decent value. I paid $779 and its now a hundred dollars less. I'd purchase again at the lower price if needed. ... show more

First, I would like to point out that this couch is extremely firm, which I personally don't like, but you may have different preferences. It looks really nice, fits the room nicely. After a little bit of time it starts to get creaky though, which is a little annoying. It was pretty simple to put together, took maybe 30 mins to an hour. Item received not damage. item packaging taken a bit of a beating but held together , 6 week for delivery after calling 3 times to get the correct delivery date by xpo . really like their professionalism on the phone. didn't like the under promises of delivery dates by their system. I don't blame their CSRs but do blame their management that schedules their delivery their a mess . 6 week wait it seem that item was traveling all over the US and not to my home . price for the item was ok, since i got it on sale. assembly was a breeze with 2 people one person would had been fine 15 minutes it took us . got the black faux leather 4 seater l shape left . u must upkeep it since is delicate with proper cleaning solutions and conditions to preserve about 1 once a week . nice touch with black and white checkers pillows , very comfortable and firm back pillows may need a bit more cushion not a biggie but if you prefer firm than u should i know i will . very light not heavy i can push it with two fingers from the connectors and left corner edge . so is basically light . will buy again if i need to. wife loves it firm. so wee good . now ZzzZ on my new sectional. ... show more

It looks decent enough but is small and uncomfortable to sit on. If the seat sat deeper it would be better but it’s not a lot of space to sit and the seat is hard. I only had this sofa a month and already am looking to buy a different one. Delivery was a huge headache I had issues with the date and times constantly changing and felt like I waited forever to get a sofa I was not fully satisfied with.
