Item received not damage. item packaging taken a bit of a beating but held together , 6 week for delivery after calling 3 times to get the correct delivery date by xpo . really like their professionalism on the phone. didn't like the under promises of delivery dates by their system. Shipping was a like a week late, but seller remained in contact with me for most of experience, and there’s a pandemic going on so, little can be done about that. It arrived in 3 large boxes, which made it into my smaller apartment. Came in great/new condition, no tears, rust, or imperfections. Assembly was very easy. No tools required, took me and my mother about 30-40 mins give or take. The back piece to the chaise is wobbly and still unsure why, but it works none the less. When you sit on the couch it’s not a tall back to the couch which is disappointing. The couch is very firm, but that’s what I prefer and I’m certain if will become broken into with use. Very happy with it overall. Given the price and the look of the couch, it fits beautifully into my smaller apartment and looks amazing. I’ve received many compliments so far. ... show more

I would give five stars but the clinch is a bit firm but bearable. However, it’s super cute and I put it together myself I’m a petite woman so it took me 3 hours to assemble. Easy assembly though. I love it!!! Definitely a good buy for the price.

Update: seller refunded me 97$ to go to home Depot and fix the couch by putting screws in it. I was also told like a car couches get wear and tear and if it's holding to much weight it will fall apart. Basically got told I weigh to much for it. The piece ended up stabbing my daughter with a staple and that was my last straw it went out in the trash. Don't buy from this company ever ... Wrote to the company multiple times since receiving the product. This couch has fallen apart in six months the entire thing is held together with staples. The ottoman broke back in February, I messaged they sent me a phone number to contact them by I sent photos and a video of the damage and they never contacted me. Now the entire middle of the couch broke. I want my money back because this POS should have been the 900+ I paid for it. ... show more

First thing you need to know before purchase is you HAVE to be home to accept delivery. Once you sign, its yours. Shipping is tricky. Mine arrived stood on end on a broken pallet and a squished ottoman box, so I was nervous but all was ok inside. Assembly was extremely simple and took 20 minutes tops. The couch itself seems durable. It is a firm couch. If you are looking to sink in, this isn't for you. The cushions etc come out squished but straighten out after a day or so. So far it was a decent value. I paid $779 and its now a hundred dollars less. I'd purchase again at the lower price if needed. ... show more

The couch is beautiful actually but it’s very firm. If u don’t want your children to sleep on it and Waller it to death. Then get it because they won’t sleep on it. 😂😂😂. But it’s good for I need it for. That’s for sitting. Maybe the people that I don’t want to hang out for a long time. Will be uncomfortable and leave early. 😂😂😂😂a but other then the firmness of the couch. It’s easily put together. Easy to put together. Very sturdy. Not as comfortable as I had hoped but ok. I received a wrong color ottoman and it was resolved very quickly!
