This seems like a good solid heat press, but it just doesn’t suit my specific needs. I press a lot of 2XL-5XL shirts in my business, and this is just a hair too small for the 12 x 12 designs. I had hoped I could make it work, since if came with the mug press attachment I really wanted.

I purchased this heat press for my small business and so far I love it. It heats up nicely. I recommend using heat resistant gloves just to keep your hands safe.so far so good have used it on about 10 shirts and it’s working as expected .

I've had this heat press several months now. The heat distribution and pressure is even. It is not as bulky as some other heat presses. Super easy to change accessories. Easy to set up and operate. Overall I have no complaints about this heat press and I'm glad I chose this to purchase over some of the other brands.

The media could not be loaded. *Update* Please do not waste your money buying this press it seems to all eventually have anelectronical manufacturer issue and will just not work properly at all!! I've been trying to contact the company for months no response nothing. I am so disappointed being that I need this press for my business. If I could give them zero stars I definitely would! *Update* I finally got my press it works perfectly! Definitely if you're having any issues contact the company. Press came pretty quickly the directions are a bit difficult to follow if you're not used to using a press. Unfortunately the press u received has a manufacturer issue but it I contacted the company and I am just waiting to receive the new press. Great customer service when corresponding with the company about my press not working. Once I test it I'll update my review

I loved it's heavy duty, but it came like this, we tried to level it but the screws are so tight we do not want to strip them. Update: the seller Wendy is very helpful and made things right.
