Welp, I’m another shorty at 5’2”. There’s people on here who say they’re only 5’ and it works great. The seller says to twist the bar to make it “adjustable”. For me, it’s too long, but not too much. You can twist it like the seller recommends (this is not made to do this as an actual feature), but depending on the exercise this could be uncomfortable and feel uneven. I wish it was more adjustable. The pink is not the pink in the photos, but that’s okay. I actually like the brighter pink that arrived at my doorstep. It is a great bar! It feels like a nice quality and easily snaps together and comes with a carrying bag. You can also add weight if you want. The foot straps seem cheap. The entire black strap in general seems cheap, but for $29 who cares. This works. You will get your money out of it and even if you’re short you can still do stuff with it. Anyone under 5’2” though…I dunno. I think I may be the cut off. I can wrap it around twice, but for someone shorter you wouldn’t want to wrap it anymore. I’m not recommending that. ... show more

I see a lot of reviews complaining about this Pilates bar not being for short people. I'm 5' nothing and I did not have any problems with this bar. It was easily adjustable for my height. I will say that this bar is quite a bit longer than my old one, but that wasn't a problem for me either. I needed a bar I could add weight to and this one works exactly as described. I've only used it 3 times, but I'm loving it this far. My favorite thing is that the weight is also very easily adjustable. I'm using 30 pound resistance for upper body and found it was too low for lower, so I plan to up it my next workout. All I have to do it clip the extra 10+ pounds on and I'm ready to go. No big break between sets, which is key for me. This bar is easy to put together, it's sturdy at any weight and doesn't come loose like my old one did during a workout. The best thing is that I won't grow out of this one because it works up to 80 pounds. I'm quite pleased with this purchase. I bought this hoping it could be a great form of exercise while I'm on vacation for a week. I got a targeted ad on social media for a different brand and looked to see if there was a cheaper option given that the one I was advertised was over $100. I was pleased at the price for this one. However this product, with all of its bungees and caribiners, is actually pretty heavy. It must be at least 4-5lbs which to me is quite a lot for my suitcase. I wondered about only bringing some of the bungees, but it’s still pretty heavy even if I picked two. I will say that assembly and disassembly are otherwise easy, and the padding on the bar is comfortable. The foot straps and handles are nice to be able to switch out, but definitely don't like not holding the tension while doing say squats or something. There also isn't a lot of content on this product, so unless you want to make up your own routine, it's hard to find one to follow. ... show more
