I had a rather large issue, either due to delivery or manufacturing - not sure - but basically I received a damaged item, and they worked with me quickly to resolve the issue. This is the best customer service experience I've had with Amazon to be honest - the couch itself looks great for the price - you can sleep on it, but its not a memory foam bed that will be great. Dont sleep on it actually bc it hurt my back lol anyway - buy the couch if you need it and it works. The easiest part was putting it together. ... show more

It's a pretty hard cushion. Also - be careful when opening the box it comes in, I used a knife to open the box, and I accidentally cut into my brand new couch so now I have a hole in it. I thought there would be padding but the couch was flush with the box. Oops.

The faux leather is very poor quality. I am not surprised it was damaged in the box because the fabric is thin and scratches so easily. The color is great, easy assembly but the material will not last long.

We are so happy with this! It is better looking than we thought and solid, it feels higher quality than what we paid for. It’s NOT the most comfortable one, but we kind of like not having one of those that you don’t feel like leaving lol

Item arrived with a few scrapes, but it didn’t bother me, I figured it would eventually get some. It’s not bad for the price, and I figured if it came from Better Homes and Gardens it would be a good buy. Seems like it will hold up for a while and all in all I’ve been happy with it. Until recently it has only been used as a couch. My granddaughter spent a couple of nights during her break and attempted to use it as a bed. I woke up to a loud thud and found my granddaughter on the floor. She had rolled over to the side that was the back and it flipped. She is a 100 pounds soaking wet, so it definitely would have flipped if it was me on there. Thankfully she had a body pillow next to her on that side and she didn’t hit her head on the floor. Needless to say, we aired up the good old air mattress and that is what she slept on. I am disappointed, can’t use it as a bed, the main reason I bought it. ... show more
