The couch is pretty and very comfortable. One of the chairs couldn’t recline because of the cords underneath but my boyfriend fixed it using his tools / experience. Overall the couch is great and we are looking forward to buying the couch. We have the loveseat right now.

Comfortable and easy to put together, but the stuffing comes out every time I use the reclining function, and I end up vacuuming a large amount of couch stuffing every few weeks from under the couch (not a big deal, but definitely points to this couch being of very poor quality). Finally last week one of the springs fell out of the couch after only 10 months of use (I weigh about 160 pounds). I know this is a relatively inexpensive couch, but I certainly hoped for better quality, and more importantly a SAFE couch. I assume it is under warranty since I only purchased it last December. Both myself and Amazon have tried to contact the seller for a resolution, but have gotten no response. I also went to their website directly and they do not have ANY contact information listed, only a chat function, which I have tried multiple times to use to contact them, again with no response.     • Make Sure You Get The WHOLE Couch!

It is part of my living room group and the grandkids love the reclining feature. Only issues I had were that I couldn't find the arms which were underneath the couch and one piece is still missing. There is supposed to be a cushion attached to the console area and I have let the company know but have had no respnse. It would be nice to have the whole couch instead of 3/4 of a couch. Very comfortable and cupholders are put to good use everyday. UPDATE: The company contacted me today (4/25) and explained that there was a zippered compartment attached to the bottom of the console and that's where I would find the cushion that fits in the console area. The gentlman was very nice about it and told me they tuck things away so there is room to ship everything together. I found the zippered compartment and there was the cushion.     • Disappointing waste of money

I purchased this 4 months ago and it is broken in multiple places from regular use. One of the arms are broken and the recliner back is broken . Looks nice but dont waste your money. I cant believe its a piece of junk already.
