I'll start with that , because I was impressed with the prompt response of this company and the willingness to provide solutions to the customer. That being said , the furniture is as advertised. Fabric is good quality. The stitching makes it look nice. Assembly is super easy . Just insert the backs with a click. The seat is 21 inch deep , so don't expect a lounge couch. Great for Tv watching, reading... its not mushy or plush , more firm and bouncy. comfortable. Best feature is cero clearance to the wall . Even tough is not advertised as a wall hugger , it actually reclines by sliding forward. We sprayed it with fabric protectant. ... show more

I got the couch and chair. Researched and ordered then got nervous because I bought based on the reviews. Well, I love them and delivery was great! The couch is so comfortable, the fabric isn’t a standard microfiber… it’s soft and has like a marbled look. I got the tan fabric and it has ivory stitching that is such a nice finish. The couch is comfortable… you don’t sink in but it’s comfortable and easy to get up. Everyone who visits sits in the chair, they recline and don’t want to get up. I have trouble closing the recliner but my husband does just fine. Everything else is perfect… I would definitely buy again 💕 ... show more

Comfortable and easy to put together, but the stuffing comes out every time I use the reclining function, and I end up vacuuming a large amount of couch stuffing every few weeks from under the couch (not a big deal, but definitely points to this couch being of very poor quality). Finally last week one of the springs fell out of the couch after only 10 months of use (I weigh about 160 pounds). I know this is a relatively inexpensive couch, but I certainly hoped for better quality, and more importantly a SAFE couch. I assume it is under warranty since I only purchased it last December. Both myself and Amazon have tried to contact the seller for a resolution, but have gotten no response. I also went to their website directly and they do not have ANY contact information listed, only a chat function, which I have tried multiple times to use to contact them, again with no response. Not quit the color I thought base on the previous posts; thought the grey was actually darker, but I guess judging from the pics now, no one really had good lighting. The grey is like a light stone grey. Easy to install even without the instruction. They sit lower to floor is my only down side. I'm 5' 9" and it's perfect for me when pulling back seat. I mean who want the heal of their shoes digging in their couch? My feet hanging over is not a big deal. They also seem like they've lost their softness in cushion due to them being suppressed in the box for so long. I had the couch for about a week now and they still haven't fluffened out. Overall it will be my first and last time ordering couches that comes in a box. ... show more

I had reservations about buying couches on Amazon, but why not? Delivery was pretty smooth and the set was sturdy, but not exceedingly heavy. Two people can lift and move them with some effort. The boxes were a little worse for wear, but there was no damage done to the set and it arrived early. The delivery man was very friendly too. Set up was easy. You really don't need directions, but they were there just in case. I sprayed them down with some fabric protector since the set is a lighter color, so the loveseat looks a little darker in the photo as it is still a little damp. The couch was dry by the time I took the picture and you can see the color looks great. The set is firm, but comfortable. I like that I do not sink down into the furniture and then have to try to climb out of it when I want to get up. The recliners go up and down fairly easily and are pretty nap friendly. As for pets, we have a dog and a cat. The pet hair can be easily vacuumed off and it appears that the set is also catnap friendly. ... show more
