Setup was smooth because of YouTube. Instructions on the box are horrible. Started out at 63 degrees and 12 hours later, it’s 88 degrees. Added two chlorine tablets during setup too. It’s big, I’m 6 feet and it’s big enough for me! No problem with staying inflated thus far, fingers crossed. Will come back and update a month from now. The control box is very very quiet too! Update: On week later Hot tub is holding up. No air leaks and holding 104 heat temp. Finally got in itand the jets are good for an inexpensive tub. No complaints yet. ... show more

This spa is excellent. I’ve had for about 2 mos and I highly recommend. It’s big so it can fit more than a few people. At first i kept getting an error code (E02) which was an indication that the issue was filter related. I was going to return the spa because I kept getting this code and I thought it was faulty. After researching on YouTube, I found out that it was due to the filter needing to be cleaned often (so not necessary to Keep putting in new filters all the time). I clean the filter meticulously after every use spraying from the inside out with a string force hose setting and it’s good as new. Did not take much time to set up, I watched a YouTube video to help. Took just one day to get to 104 degrees. Very spacious and the padding is everything! Does not need a bottom padding if your placement is leveled of course.

I have owned several different inflatable hot tub spa over the past several years. Changing from my previous spas only due to color or size, rather than any malfunction. This spa has sprung a leak in less than 6 months of very minimal use. The spa is used by only one person, me, a retired adult with experience in the use of inflatable spas. It is placed on a level concrete patio with two layers of spa cushion underneath as well as artificial turf underneath that and positioned partially under my pergola. It is used 1-2 times a week for 20 or so minutes per use. It is beautiful, the perfect size, extremely comfortable for one person and fits perfectly with my wicker patio furniture and backyard decor. Unfortunately, at over $600 with tax, I calculate that it cost me approximately $12.50 per 20 minutes of use if I used it twice per week, not including the cost of chemicals and added expense of approx $40 in electricity per month. I have been very happy with this spa until now, but with the cost per use and the short time it has lasted, it is far from worth the price paid. Having owned several other spas in the past, that lasted considerably longer and a couple costing as little as half the price of this spa, I can not recommend this spa. Being retired and on a fixed income, I will not be able to replace this spa, so I will go without during my retirement. I had high hopes, but ultimately, very disappointed in this Bestway SaluSpa St. Moritz AirJet spa. Best of luck to you if you take a chance with this spa. The hot tub works great! I’m over 6 foot tall and it’s definitely deep enough. The hot tub holds heat well, inflates quickly and is great for the price. It does however ship through FedEx and they would not deliver it because it looked too heavy for their driver. We had to go pick it up at FedEx Ground over 40 minutes away from our home ... show more

I received a liner with an apparent leak that requires to be pumped up multiple times throughout the day. I contacted customer service and was told to wait 30 days as the liner appeared to be normal size? I waited the 30 days and just filed another claim so I'll have to see if this is a scam or not. Other than that, the hot tub is amazing. It does take about a a full day to heat up. The setup was a little confusing at first but nothing too bad. The motor is also very quiet. Update: Customer service advised they would send out a replacement liner. Would be 5 stars if not for the initial issue. ... show more
