Came in perfect condition, no holes. Two people were able to put it up in under an hour. Longest set up part was leveling the spot before putting the pool up. Like everyone else says, pump is not that strong so you might want to upgrade your pump. No instructions on ladder but it was easy enough to figure out. We ordered the 24’ x 12’ and 52 inch deep pool. I liked that it came with a sand pump. The pump is very small but it does the job. The pool was pretty simple to set up. We had three guys setting it up. The cover is kind of annoying to put on. It has ties that you tie to each post to keep it on so it can get tedious taking it on and off. The pool came in two boxes. We are in year two of this pool and loving it every day. It survived being packed away for the winter and set up 2nd year was even easier. Here is my initial review from last year. Pics are from this year when I re worked the lattice. I bought this pool a month ago and I LOVE it. I hope my pros and words of advice help others who are considering it. Please note, I am a healthy woman in my early 50s and did all the set up etc on my own. I also do all the maintenance for it PROS It's the perfect size for our small city back yard. It's very easy to maintain.--toss some chlorine in the chlorine holder and run the pump twice a day (NOTE: I did upgrade to a larger 1000 GPH pump but not a sand one and my pool is very clean). We swim in it daily--I use a bungee and create a "lap pool" while my husband simply swims back and forth It was fairly easy to set up--make sure to follow the instructions--I did it myself I had to take it down to re-level and it was easy to take down--I did it myself WORDS OF ADVICE: LEVELLING: Your lawn does have to be as levelled as possible, I purchased the KP Pool Leveling and Support Kit (from Amazon) and have it levelled within an inch--worth the investment! VACUUM: PoolSupplyTown Pool Spa Jet Vacuum Cleaner w/ Brush & 4' Feet Pole, Ideal for Above Ground and Inflatable Pool, Spa, Pond, Waterfall, No Pump-Filter (on Amazon) is a great vacuum and for a good price BOWING: there is a little bowing, but if you fill the pool to the water line it will decrease it INSTRUCTIONS: Yes, they were not good at all. It includes 4 tiny pictures of pools and once you determine which size is yours, you have to use a magnifying glass to see the letters assigned. Like another reviewer, I pretty much looked at the picture on the box only to realize I had the Es where the Fs were supposed to go and vice versa. LADDER: if you are going to have kids using it, you may want to consider upgrading. This one doesn't come with a platform which can make it challenging. GROUND COVER: It doesn't come with one. I purchase some mats from home depot that are working great. SOLAR BLANKET: It dosen't come with one, but you can find a cheap one on amazon and cut it to fit Overall though, I do LOVE my pool. After all was said and done I spent about $1400 but we have used it pretty much every day and we are really enjoying it. Several years ago I spent about $2000+ on a bigger one that was supposed to survive winters. It didn't and honestly, I prefer this one. Good luck and enjoy!! ... show more

I bought this pool in 2021 and showed up in pieces the box was destroyed. However, after going though and putting this pool together I did have all the parts. I have enjoyed the pool for 2 year, but this year before opening it for the 2024 season we had a storm come through and huge tree fell on the pool. After inspecting the pool only a few pieces of the frame was destroyed. I can say with confidence that this pool is built to last. I highly recommend the pool but the pump is not large enough to move the amount of water in the pool. So great pool bad pump. ... show more

So far we love the pool. We’ve only had it up a month so the quality is hard to judge at this point. It is a decent size, if this one works out well we may opt to move to the 32 foot pool next time. It was rather easy to put together and took a little over 24 hours to fill, so far I would recommend.

We purchased and assembled this pool in June. After assembly and filling it with thousands of gallons of water, my husband noticed a small tear in the liner when we were swimming. He contacted amazon and they wanted us to send it back to them. We were not willing to dump hundreds of dollars worth of water and hunt down a box big enough to shove a 31' X 52' pool and poles into, which to us seemed absolutely ridiculous along with horrible customer service when you spent $1300 on a pool. Today Sept 5th, i came home from school drop off and our backyard is flooded. the liner tore off the support poles. i'm currently in a amazon support chat where of course the amazon return window expired in July. I have to now contact the manufacturer on my own. We're not happy with the quality of the pool and definitely not the customer service. If anything changes i will update this. ** UPDATE. It is now 4/12/24. back in Sept or October I finally got them to SAY they’d replace the bent poles from the pool liner tearing apart and ruining the liner and multiple support poles. We were told we have to pay the shipping to receive the poles and that we’d receive and invoice via email to pay. Never got an email. Now when you call bestway you can’t speak to a person. You have to leave a callback number and maybe days later you get the call back. The website no longer will load, it says it doesn’t exist. So we’ve got a $1300 pool liner still sitting in a box bc they never sent the replacement poles. We will NEVER buy a product from this company again and if they’re going out of business I wouldn’t be surprised with a garbage product and horrendous customer service. ... show more
