Everyone I massage on this table loves it. I love it. It's excellent quality. I had people trying to sell me one for $300 more bcuz of an additional 1 inch in padding. Not worth it and would be to heavy to transport. As is this one is a little heavy but I am a tiny person with small muscles. I even just like lying on the table it's that comfortable and definitely can hold well over 320 pounds as my boyfriend and I lounged on it to see. The side arms work great but I can see how they might get in the way of some massage techniques so you definitely need to plan ahead. This broke the first time someone got on it and they weren't even that big - this incident resulted in a person with eating disorders going home with an extra dose of it..... I looked like a total cretin as this table broke the safe space. this is a terrible product....... looks good but is as useful as a chocolate fan in 100 degrees.
