I have had 3 back fusions on my lower back, and have multiple herniations going all the way up my spine into my neck. Finding something to sleep on that is supportive but not hard is hard to come by. I really thought this was just a junk mattress to get me through. I put it on a 3in topper I had just to add extra cushion and I quickly realized I didn't need to. I could have thrown the topper away but hey why not use it if you got it. I normally stick with at least 10in mattress with the sweet spot between 12-14. So to say I hated this mattress the day I ordered it is an understatement. I quickly found that my concern with size was not warranted at least with this mattress. It is soft, comfortable and I woke up feeling refreshed. I slept on it for a couple months before finally returning to my king size bed. Let's just say I was in the dog house and leave it at that. That said this was the most comfortable dog house I have ever slept on and am now thinking about getting their kingsize version. If you have any back problems and hate firm mattresses because of the added pain, then this is probably what you are looking for. Keep in mind there is no one size fits all mattress but this one did it for me. I have notice people talking about the heat of memory foam mattresses. I have never noticed that issue at all. This one actually felt on the cooler side when climbing into bed but like I said I have never noticed a heat issue with memory foam. At least not one that wasn't packed with density foam. I sleep in the same position and spot every night and I am above 200lbs. There was no sag, indent or anything else in that amount of time I used it and I have seen other mattress do just that in short order(think purple). Anyway I recommend this for any bedroom. Even your guest will thank you, and you save a ton a money in the process. This is the cost of a decent topper. My one complaint that is not really a complaint just an observation. If you sleep in the middle of the mattress, you will find the softness makes you work a little harder to get out of the bed. I am sure that is the case with most mattresses but especially a memory foam one.

Had this mattress for over 5 years now. Still no caving spots and I sit in the center of it regularly. Still the best comfort ive ever felt. I highly recommend trying any green tea memory foam mattress. They smell amazing and are unspoken how prefect the softness to stiffness is. It breths keeping you cool. Extremely durable too! Ive had mine almost 6 years and its literally like new... and I've never had to clean it other than the additional sheets I put on it.i also recommend green tea memory foam pillows. I prefer the choped foam as its more malleable and versatile

Great mattress for the price! I've been sleeping on this mattress for a few months now and it's so comfy. It's a not too firm and not too soft. It was easy to setup, as simple as removing the plastic and letting it expand. It expands pretty instantly but I still gave it 24 hours to fully expand as it's recommended. I got a full coverage mattress protector to put over it so I don't have to worry about getting it dirty or cleaning it. It's true to size as well, I got the Full size 6" mattress to fit my full size bed frame and it fits perfectly. And even though it's only 6" it is still thick enough to not feel the frame below you, even as someone who is overweight it doesn't sag at all. It was easy to lift as well. Honestly when I got the box I thought I had been scammed because of how light weight it is. I can easily move it to put my sheets on or clean around and under my bed.

This review is of the Twin size mattress. For many years, I've slept on a Coleman Airbed or on carpeted floor with a few old comforters laid down for padding, nothing more. So this mattress should have been a huge upgrade and it kind of is, but could have been better. Mattress arrived nicely packed (I added some photos) and within 3 days of ordering. 5 stars to seller for quick shipment. As for the mattress, as others have noted, it's not quite 6 inches, more like 5 to 5.5. The "memory foam" part is at most 1-inch thick and really can't do much in terms of providing comfort. As a result, even though I like a firm mattress, this one feels just too firm. The second problem I had is that the mattress holds heat quite well. Hot or cold, I sleep with a cover or blanket. Recently, it's been in the 80s at night and I have found myself waking up because my legs were too warm and sweaty. Even with these temperatures, I've not had this problem when using an air mattress or on the carpet with a few old comforters as a pad. Aside from all that, this is a decent product at a fair price. I'm going to purchase a mattress topper to take care of the firmness and the heat retention issue. Even with all that, I'll be under 250 bucks for a twin, shipping included. By the way, I did not notice excessive VOC or chemical smells beyond the first day, so that was not an issue for me. PROS - Great price. - Removable fabric cover in addition to a non-removable mesh cover is nice. - If you like a firm mattress, this mattress will work great. - Very light compared to inner spring mattresses, can be moved around easily. - Expanded to size in minutes, not days. - Chemical smell gone in a day. Can still smell the foam but only if I have my nose right to the mattress, without the sheets. CONS - Firm. If you don't like this, it will probably take another 50-60 bucks for a topper to make it comfortable. - Retains heat and could get too warm in the summer. Again, might need a polyester or microfiber filled topper for comfort. - "Memory foam" layer is only 1-inch. Not a problem with the product ad, but 1 inch is just not enough. I will update this review after purchasing and using a mattress topper to go with this product.

I do not think you would need a thicker mattress except for cosmetic or design reasons. I really needed a fairly lightweight and movable solution for this guest room up a narrow stairway. The package out of the box was quite easy for a young man to carry up the stairs by himself. Because this is in a room that is not easily accessible for moving large furniture in, I was using airbeds, but they seem to lose their air after continuous use for a month, even the good ones. I spent too much money on them! The bed could be pulled out, but it is basically under some eaves in a converted attic. The mattress is quite firm, and because I like a thin foam topper on my regular mattress for my tender hip joints, I put one of those on this bed. I don't know if it is necessary unless you have some tender joints. I really like this bed and think people should consider one as a convenient alternative to a regular mattress and springs. I must say that if you have this mattress in a tight place, and only easily accessible from one side, it is really perfect. When someone is sleeping on it, it is very stable, yet when changing the sheets it can be pulled away from the wall/eaves and pushed back because it is light weight! This is a great feature. As for those who say the odor is heavy, I beg to differ. I have a pretty sensitive nose. I did air it out for a few days before using it, but it was usable in a few hours if you didn't mind some odor. After testing it by sleeping on it for a month now, I do NOT detect an odor. I think the odor was gone in a week. I would say to anyone that if the features fit your situation, just allow a little more time to air out. I put it on the Sleep Master - Platform Metal Bed Frame/Foundation (Queen) and find that it is a PERFECT combination. There is storage under the platform which can be hidden by using a bed skirt if you wish to. My cat likes to sleep under the bed so I didn't put the bed skirt on. I would definitely recommend a waterproof mattress pad because you do not want any liquids getting on the foam mattress. Read the reivews, but I chose the SafeRest Premium Hypoallergenic Waterproof Mattress Protector and it is fine. I haven't tested it for being waterproof, but it got excellent reviews.

My husband and I have had this mattress for almost a year now, and overall we’ve been pretty happy with it. It looks nice and has kept its shape and appearance well since we bought it. It’s completely quiet and doesn’t squeak or make noise when moving around. The motion transfer is surprisingly good too, especially considering the price. My husband and I can get up during the night or at different times in the morning without waking each other up. It also stays surprisingly cool and doesn’t seem to trap much heat. The firmness level is definitely soft. This is not a firm mattress, so if you like a softer mattress like I do, the firmness is comfortable. If you need a lot of firm support, though, this may be too soft for you. We haven’t flipped or rotated it at all, and it’s still holding up really well. I do have some issues with back pain, but I already have a bad back and we don’t have a box spring or solid foundation underneath it. Our frame has metal slats spaced apart, so the mattress dips some between them. I added an egg crate mattress topper, which helped. I think with better support underneath it, it would probably be even more comfortable. For the price and how well it’s held up, I’m really happy with the quality.
