I have purchased two sets of these for my house. My dog is a Maltese mix and weighs 18 lbs. He has had double FHO surgery on his back legs and can navigate these. I do wish the steps were a little wider in depth, but he seems ok. I don’t know why but he’s terrified of ramps and so the stairs seemed to be the next best option. I was also having a hard time finding a ramp that had enough height. The foam seems really sturdy- it does have a little give, but doesn’t sink a ton with his weight. I’ll have to see how they hold up over time. I do fold back my bedding so he can see where his footing is going to land and the comforter doesn’t make it look fluffed. I like that they are light weight and easy to move for cleaning. I have them on carpet and they don’t seem to move much with him going up and down. I think I’d have concern on a hard/slick surface like tile/wood. It’s nice he can get up and down during the night and doesn’t have to wake me or have me worried he’s going to try to jump. I will say they are a little steep, but again, he seems ok. I do like the material on them. It has deep grooves and I think that assists with his foot traction. I bought a dark color in hopes they’d stay cleaner looking longer. They are one solid piece so there is no assembly and they ship in a large box. Considering I’ve bought two sets for two different bedrooms, I’d say I’m pretty happy with the purchase and would recommend. ... show more

The BEST- solid , one piece of foam , high quality. The ribbed plush grey cover is attractive and compliments decor. My 3, 12 and 17 year old pups all love!

    • Well made, worth the price
Color: Gray Size: H: 22.5 Inches
I bought these stairs for my 1 year old Pomeranian. She enjoys going up and down them. If you’re looking for stairs that are sturdy, look no further. It comes in a big box and you don’t have to worry about assembly. Just place it by the couch or the bed. It is not slippery so you do not have to worry about that. ... show more

Love these stairs! I have a chihuahua who will be 10 in July. He was a backyard breeder rescue who had joint issues even as a puppy! So keeping him pain free has always been my goal with his joints! This passed winter I noticed him seemingly having some joint pain by the end of the night. So I brought out the plastic 3 step stairs I had from when he was a puppy. These stairs were for the couch. And his end of the night joint pain disappeared! Our bed was on the floor the last 9 months as we upgraded to a king bed. Our bedframe was on back order and finally arrived 2 weeks ago. We built it and noticed it was pretty high for our chihuahua. I started bringing the couch stairs back and forth from frontroom to the bedroom. The stairs were short so he used them to get on the bed but to get off, it was too steep so he would just bend at a slight angle at the edge and jump. So I immediately wanted to find stairs to help him! I have 2 other dogs- Staffy and blackmouth cur who are under 3 so they are large and have no issues with jumping on and off the bed. But even my staffy was interested in the stairs! I call that a huge win because it can put less pressure on his joints in his later years! We will see how long it will hold up! The stairs are narrow for some dogs so keep that in mind! But going from the plastic 3 step dog stairs to this, I feel more comfortable and confident it won’t be an issue for his tiny legs! ... show more

Great for little dogs. This is my second one I’m ordering. Now I’ll have one for all my beds in the house. The only issue is you wait about 6 days to receive. Great product!

My doggies love these steps & I do too! It took a while to receive them but they arrived in perfect condition. I love how dense these 5 steps are & how they are one piece. I love the fabric also. I would 100% order again.

    • Great quality pet steps!

After reading all of the reviews of other pet steps and seeing that a lot of them were either flimsy or the cover didn't fit correctly or the foam never completely opened, I was thrilled to see that these steps arrived completely assembled and ready to use! The steps are plenty firm, the non slip bottom keeps them in place and they make it very easy for my 15 pound Maltipoo to navigate onto our very high bed. I highly recomend these steps. They weren't the cheapest but I am glad we spent a couple more dollars on these. ... show more

    • Up and my dogs are safe.
Color: Gray Size: H: 22.5 Inches
Beds are high or low. Mine is high, my Maddy hurt herself jumping off. Now we are fine. Appearance is great and pretty strong. Washable.
