Max was my best friend and shadow for 15 years. I can’t tell you how painful losing him has been for me. I have never had a pet cremated and wasn’t sure how I felt about it. But I knew that if I buried him and one day sold my house, I would have to leave him. I couldn’t do that. So when I chose to cremate him, I knew I wanted a beautiful urn that represented how much he meant to me. This urn is exactly how it was represented online. Strong, beautiful color and engraving. I am very pleased with this product. The quality was worthy of my Max and made me feel a little better about my decision.

This personalized urn is sturdy, attractive and makes a wonderful memorial for our beloved pet. The personalization options offer good design variety. However, the preview option is a bit difficult to view because of the angle and glare shown in the photo. It's a bit of a leap of faith that you will get something that you like. But, we were very pleased when we received the urn. The personalized etching is very well done. My only issue with the craftsmanship is that not all of the paw prints (which were clearly stenciled onto the urn before the personalized etching was done) are crisp. Delivery time was faster than estimated and faster than expected. The urn itself is sturdy with a heavy screw-on top. All in all, it is a very nice piece.
