Overall, I like the plate. It works on carpet but I have to lift it to move it as it doesn't slide. I bought it to improve my osteoporosis, which is where my frustration with the product lies. Health professionals recommend 30 to 40 hertz frequency, and any more could be harmful. The speeds are 1 to 99, but what frequency correlates to any given speed is not given. They responded quickly to my issue and sent me a replacement right away. The machine and remote work great. This thing is amazing. Little heavy to carry, but I camp a lot and it goes with me. I have so many friends that think it’s nuts until my body started getting more muscle and toned. I feel so good this is one of my favorite healthy purchases. I use it three times a day. The big thing for me is my legs have very little blood flow cold all my life 67 yrs, but now I can actually feel my legs from the knees down and they are no longer cold logs.     • It stops my back pain temporarily
I have a tens, foam rollers, all kinds of stuff for my low back, but mostly just lie down and use a heating pad when it acts up. I wanted something to get me back on my feet and possibly even to help fix my back permanently. I have had this machine 10 days and used it 5 times and while I can report that the pain stops when I use this device, it does come right back in about 5 minutes or so. I have noticed that my muscles get tight and I am not sure if that's the toning that other people are mentioning in their reviews, but it hasn't amounted to much yet. I am still giving it a try though to see. I have tried Program 3, which is the higher setting one, and just manually setting it to 99 for 20 minutes. My feet start to cramp up when set for so high and so long, so I will likely try something in between these two. The program settings are definitely shorter I think, perhaps 10 minutes? At any rate, I will update my review if I see any improvement in the length of time that I am pain free after using this device, since that's the main issue for me. ... show more
