Edit.. adding 1 star for outstanding customer service. Seller contacted me and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Thank you Naomi! It came compressed and rolled up. There was no rush of air like I heard when opening my 10 inch bed mattress. After a few days it did get close to 4 inches but even now after three weeks corners aren't crisp. It certainly doesn't look like in the advertised pictures. Appears misshapen and sloppy whether open flat or folded and leaning against the wall so we keep it covered with blankets. Sheets made it look messier. When lying on my side I can feel the floor. I do feel supported when lying still on my back. I'm only 145 pounds. The fabric is soft to the touch but also has a lot of give, so you can feel the two gaps between the three panels. It's too bulky to put back in the box so I guess I'll keep it. Ok to use as a play mat for kids and my 1yo likes it for naps...... but to offer it for guests to sleep on would bring great shame to my family. ... show more

Bought this foldable mattress for my 4 year old as he likes to tag along our bed. This mattress is soft and easy to use. As you see in the picture we fold the third part so it doesn’t get too long and block the way. The measurement is perfect in size which fits our small room. had to say that the price is pricey but it’s worth it. My kid sleeps well every day and he likes his new bed very much. The Inofia will not rise to the full 4 inch height. I haven't tried it but the Milliard does reach the full 4 inch thickness and is quit comfortable. We bought these for camping. My daughter bought the Milliard but the Milliard was out of stock so we bought the Inofia. We are now looking for a Milliard. ... show more

I love this mattress, when it finally came that is. There was an email sent to me earlier on saying that it had been lost in the mail. I tried to get a refund earlier and contact the company to deflect any kind of misunderstanding, but the phone number was defunct as any way of reaching the company did.t happen so I gave up and bought a mattress topper from yes-you guess it MY PILLOW! And would you believe that the I mattress I am now giving a rating on arrived a day before the My Pillow mattress topper did? Yes! I picked this up for my Astro camper van, and it was just perfect. I needed a folding mattress so I could flip it up and use the middle row of seats, and this one fit the bill. Comfort-wise, it's nice, but if you're a side sleeper bring some EVA foam to compensate for the thinner mattress. It’s not as comfortable as I was expecting; I even put a plush mattress topper on top. Also, part of the mattress was flatter than the other side.
