Wow! What a high quality set of chairs, not the least expensive…a set of 8 ran up the tab, but very happy with the result. Packaging - 2 to box, very well protected and relatively simple to unpack. Build- I’m relatively inept at building things. These were incredibly simple! Workmanship for build was great. High quality screws and holes lined up without any issue. Takes about 12-15 min a chair with an impact drill and Allen bit. Quality- so sturdy! Modern yet classic. I feel confident they’ll hold up well. The teak finish is timeless, classy and neutral. Cushions are below acceptable grade, thin and likely in need of replacement for true comfort. I’ll let the pix speak for the end result, very happy with this purchase, you’ll be happy you purchased.

Very sturdy, great quality. Larger seat bottom, so you don’t feel squished and can fold your legs up. I’ve had them outside for about 4wks and no complaints. Highly recommend. Also excellent customer service.

Great bar chairs! Good quality and heavy! I won’t have to worry about them blowing around. We are finishing up an outdoor bar and I liked the wood contrast against all of the black and gray, especially at night. They are beautiful poolside looking chairs. Our swim spa is directly behind it. My husband was skeptical with the color but once we set them up, he loved them. We had two young workers at our house that put them together quickly too.

Update: I just assembled chairs #3 & #4. This time, the assembly was much easier. On chair #3, the holes in the seat and the rails for the bolt and sleeve nut were in near perfect alignment, so the chair went together quickly and easily. On chair #4, the holes in the seat and right rail weren't in alignment. To complete the assembly, I first removed the tenon on the seat from the mortise in the rail. That allowed me to align the holes in the seat and rail in order to pass the bolt through and get the sleeve nut to start threading onto the bolt. Leaving the bolt and sleeve nut loose, I was able to sufficiently manipulate the rail in order to seat all tenons into the associated mortises. Previous: Assembling these chairs is not for the novice. Fortunately, I have a drill/driver, clamps and pry bars that make the job much easier. In particular, the alignment of the holes for the seat bolt & sleeve nut (once the tenon on the seat is positioned in the mortise on the side rail) are significantly off-center. I used a rolling head (point end) pry bar to force the holes into alignment, and then clamped the seat and side rail together to hold the pieces in place. Using a cordless drill/driver, I then turned the bolt while pressing it into the hole to allow the bolt to thread its way into the hole and, further, into the threaded sleeve nut. You will need a cordless drill/driver (with a 4mm hex head adapter) in order to drive the M7 screws into place. Just be careful not to drive the screws too hard and strip out the hex drive in the head. It is best to drive the screws approximately 2/3 and finish the final 1/3 using the supplied 4mm hex key (Allen wrench). Hope this helps!

I was a little hesitant due to the low number of reviews, but my husband and I love these chairs. They shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition! We were looking for elevated chairs for our balcony because the railing was right at eye level for our old chairs. Assembly: If you use their provided hex wrenches, it will take you forever because the screws are very tight fits! We used an electric screwdriver and put them together in a tenth of the time. Look: They look just as advertised, which is great! Comfort: Very comfortable for about 20 minutes, then the cushion doesn't offer as much padding as you would want. We will probably end up buying more robust cushions as the summer moves on, but they are cute and work well for now. Overall: Buy these chairs! To the seller: Add seat height of approximately 29" (without cushion) to your diagram please. That would have made the purchase easier.
