I received my 2 chairs in a timely manner, they were as described, sturdy and comfortable. A few days after receiving the chairs, one of them was malfunctioning to where the seat wouldn't go to flat position so that you could get out of it. My daughter in law was sitting on it with the baby and when she went to get up it folded up on them leaving them stuck, my son had to get them out. I reached out to the company, they responded quickly, they were apologetic and immediately offered either a full refund or a replacement. I really liked the chairs and wanted to give them a chance to correct it so I opted for a replacement. They told me not to return the malfunctioning chair and that they would be sending 2 new ones. My complaint here is that the locking mechanism is weak. Even cranked down hard you can rotate the chair. Fine for us adults, but less so maybe for small people with pinchable fingers. Also, the side trays are useless for anything heavier than kleenex. Drop a tall drink in one end or the other, and it will be on the floor. All that said, they're quite comfortable. If they last even a couple years they're more affordable for the $150+ you'll spend for two from other sources. Time will tell. I'll be using these under cover, so they won't be rained on or sun-cooked, so I'm hoping for the best. ... show more

These chairs are sturdy and light weight for easy handling. The chairs are so comfortable we placed one inside our home for therapeutic relaxation. The zero gravity position is excellent for gathering vitamin D from the sun to fortify our immune system. Love how comfortable these chairs are. The only draw back is there is not a lock or safety latch to contain when folded or carrying. Also these chairs are substancial, and are heavy. So carrying these chairs long distances is difficult. We used them for camping and found them near the comfort level of a hammock, so that says a lot. The cup holder is very handy as well. My husband, who thought the chairs were too fancy actually fell asleep in one of these. ... show more

The chair is great, but when it arrived, the corner of one of the arms was cracked in three spots. The shipping box looked OK so not sure how it happened but I contacted Amazon and they are sending me a new one with no need for me to return the broken one. Overall, I would recommend this company.

This was a great deal for 2 chairs. I have a back injury and needed something to sit in my living room and take the pressure off of my back. This works great for that! I love that the head rest is adjustable and makes it pretty comfy. I also like the little tray that attaches. It is easy to put in and take off. Since it’s a removable tray I wouldn’t put a plate of food or anything fairly heavy on it as it probably wouldn’t support it well. It’s nice for a drink, the tv remote and cell phone. Things I wish I had known prior to purchasing: The metal bar where your feet go is very uncomfortable. A pool noodle is a really easy fix for this. There are knobs to turn on each side of the chair under the arm rests. These are supposed to lock the chair in place. They do not work very well. Many times I get myself into position, lock it, and after a couple of minutes the chair starts sitting back up. It did the same for my husband. It takes some trial and error to get the chair to stay. ... show more
