First the chairs, the chairs came next day which was great. They were easy to assemble, the quality is nice and sturdy. They are comfortable to sit in. We did have a small bump in the process, we were missing the instructions and hardware kit. I was a little perturbed that you can’t call the company and speak to someone directly unless you ordered directly from them and are checking the status or starting a return. So you have to send an email for all other issues (ie missing parts) with a disclaimer to allow 24-48 hours for a response. I sent the email in the evening and received a response the next day mid morning. They apologized for the inconvenience and explained the resolution process which was prompt and easy and I received my new order the next day. Do not buy!!!!! They get wet at all they drip rust forever. Ruined clothes, shoes, patio. And they are not sturdy. No way these are “outdoor”- they can’t get wet!

We had to cut off 6 inches. Too tall for the table we had. They looked the same but were higher. Lucky enough we had the correct saw to cut. Otherwise would have returned. Chairs are perfect now.

My chairs are fine and was easy to put together out of all the other furniture purchased. My issue with these chairs is that I order black chairs and received 2 brown right arms and 2 black left arms. What if I didn’t choose a black and brown theme for my balcony and I definitely needed the chairs the weekend they came. For the price I will deal with them as they are for now. ... show more

We really liked the chairs but, after just 2 weeks they are rusting!! They are "pool bar chairs" they get wet with people sitting outside of the pool drying off. But, shouldn't rust in just 2 weeks time 🤦♂️
