First the chairs, the chairs came next day which was great. They were easy to assemble, the quality is nice and sturdy. They are comfortable to sit in. We did have a small bump in the process, we were missing the instructions and hardware kit. I was a little perturbed that you can’t call the company and speak to someone directly unless you ordered directly from them and are checking the status or starting a return. So you have to send an email for all other issues (ie missing parts) with a disclaimer to allow 24-48 hours for a response. I sent the email in the evening and received a response the next day mid morning. They apologized for the inconvenience and explained the resolution process which was prompt and easy and I received my new order the next day. We had to cut off 6 inches. Too tall for the table we had. They looked the same but were higher. Lucky enough we had the correct saw to cut. Otherwise would have returned. Chairs are perfect now.

The chair itself doesn’t rust but it allows water to get inside so every time it gets wet and you move it, rusty water comes out of the legs

The very first bolt I screw in, the nut housing broke off at the weak welding. Company did send a whole replacement chair, but when I left them on the patio they somehow accumulated rain water inside the metal parts.
