We had what we thought was a small parts request but turned out it was more major than we thought. Not only did the company express care, concern and remorse for the slight trouble we were experiencing, they went far above and beyond to correct the issue. This type of service we received was definitely white glove and VIP. The kids went through lower quality scooters at least every other year for the last 5 years, so the hope is with this better quality scooter we purchased through this company, the scooters will last at least a few years but if not, we’ll be ONLY using them going forward for future scooter purchases. The quality is quite durable and sturdy, the ease of assembly… wait… what assembly? We took the scooter out the box, placed into riding position and that was it!!!! I didn’t break a nail and the hubby didn’t injure his fingers. We are pleased with the product and the ridiculously fast turn around time on correcting a repair. Highly recommend them! The stardiness issue fairly decent the hight i appreciated if I wanted to take the scooter for a spin I'm able there are no tubes to replace if you run over a strong object which is a plus the look/ color is neutral . In my opinion the base board could be wider other than that in my opinion it's a great get around for my son who absolutely loves it. ... show more

Very well made, my little gril loves it. I have not been able tofold the scooter. Also I have not been able to contact the seller. I don't know what time zone they are in but the voice mail stats their hours are 6am to 9am.
