I really like this set... great for my small living room. My company and I have slept on it many times. It's a little hard when sitting or sleeping on. but makes a nice size bed to sleep on. The 3 pieces are very lite to move around, no problem to clean under as well it washes up nice and eases. I would say made well and it's holding up with no problems with 3 small children and a small dog jumping and playing on them. I do think that they are worth the money. They came in 3 boxes and I was able to lift them and put them together without institutions in about 10 minutes. I would buy the set again. ... show more

The item itself in person looks very nice. We really wanted to like and enjoy this couch. However the first shipment we received had a defective leg on The Chase and additionally a defective leg on the couch which we were able to fix by altering the receiver. We contacted the company about the issue with the Chase and sent multiple pictures and the encountered by sending us an additional couch and Chase in return which was nice. The problem is we received the additional Chase after sending the other one back and that also had two defective legs. it appears that whoever machined the receivers on the couch to receive the legs did not machine them correctly as the bolts do not fit in the right way. The minute you go to screw them in they begin to strip the thread. Normally we don't give bad reviews but unfortunately we gave the company a chance to correct itself hoping it was just a flawed error in the first product. However, we have no choice but to give a bad review now as the second product we have received from them that was supposed to replace the original has the same problem. Thus making it evident that this is a cheaply made product. We have requested a full refund. ... show more

**UPDATE** This sofa always breaks. Today, the leg on the ottoman broke, just like in the photo. The exact same issue happened with the leg in the sofa. Basically, the bottom line is: THIS SOFA HAS A DESIGN FLAW. Insurance will only try to replace the sofa, so it won’t be much help either. FINAL VERDICT: This sofa is good for 2 months. DO NOT BUY IT. In short: - It's a nice product, but durability isn't the best, might break on you, and the manufacturer will not replace parts, plus regular warranty is very short. If you decide to buy it, buy with insurance. Extended review: The good: - The sofa looks incredible, especially for the price - It's not super comfortable, but will do the job for just basic sitting. I used it to watch movies and play video games, but it isn't comfortable for laying down. The bad: - The foot of the sofa broke about 2 months after purchasing it - The regular warranty is only 60 days -I was just slightly over that when it broke - BCP, the manufacturer, doesn't sell replacement parts: meaning, if something breaks, you need to buy a while new sofa, you can't buy just the foot or broken part - I bought this item with insurance, cause I was afraid of this happening (price is too good, right?). It came in two large boxes. It was very simple to assemble. The hardware was hidden under the couch really nicely packed. All I had to do was screw on the legs and Walla I was done in less then 10 min! They are not as comfortable as regular couches they are firm with little cushion. Your guest won’t stay long! Witch in my case it’s nice don’t want people staying over for more then 2 hours. ... show more

Soooo easy to put together. Didn’t have power tools but used enclosed Allen wrenches and had it put together in 15-20 mins max. Looks very nice. Great price. Great for a small apt. Bought for my daughter for Christmas and she’s very happy . Update: requested refund the futon mechanism for keeping the backrest up broke in less than a month after purchase. Just moved into a new house and wanted to replace my old couch. I'm on a budget, so this caught my eye. I took a chance with the 3.5 star average review, which I shouldn't have. First, I'll say this is super easy to assemble. My 3 year old niece could build this like a duplo block set. However, it feels like a piece of furniture that only she would enjoy sitting on, and not a 25 year old man. No butt support, the backrest is very short, and there's no cushioning for your back. Take my advice: just save your $500 & put it towards a better couch, which is what I'll be doing. ... show more

It is a beautiful and practical piece of furniture for watching TV, gaming, or company sleeping over night. Very glad we purchased it. It was easy to assemble, sturdy, and worth the money. (Maybe not a practical couch for real tall people. ) We love it!

    • Uncomfortable, legs broke off within one day! AVOID!
We bought this product thinking it would be a cute couch. While we assembled the product, we noticed that several screws didn’t fit in the housing because the tread was warped. When it was put together, one leg on the lounge chair came completely detached at the weld. So now the chair cannot be used. Massive, massive waste of money. I would never buy anything from this company! Also, the couch is very uncomfortable and has no support. It is very stiff and when you sit down, you can feel the framing supports.
