**UPDATE** This sofa always breaks. Today, the leg on the ottoman broke, just like in the photo. The exact same issue happened with the leg in the sofa. Basically, the bottom line is: THIS SOFA HAS A DESIGN FLAW. Insurance will only try to replace the sofa, so it won’t be much help either. FINAL VERDICT: This sofa is good for 2 months. DO NOT BUY IT. In short: - It's a nice product, but durability isn't the best, might break on you, and the manufacturer will not replace parts, plus regular warranty is very short. If you decide to buy it, buy with insurance. Extended review: The good: - The sofa looks incredible, especially for the price - It's not super comfortable, but will do the job for just basic sitting. I used it to watch movies and play video games, but it isn't comfortable for laying down. The bad: - The foot of the sofa broke about 2 months after purchasing it - The regular warranty is only 60 days -I was just slightly over that when it broke - BCP, the manufacturer, doesn't sell replacement parts: meaning, if something breaks, you need to buy a while new sofa, you can't buy just the foot or broken part - I bought this item with insurance, cause I was afraid of this happening (price is too good, right?). Great concept for what I was looking for. I purchased two sets. However, a leg broke on a well put together sofa while rolling over (bed mode) and being well under the weight limit. Leather tears easily and the fabric rips easily behind sofas when they are lifted up. Buy at your own risk! I wouldn't recommend it now that I've had it for 90 days, sadly. I feel like I wasted my money. Update: Throwing all furniture out. Another leg has broken on a different couch. Didn't even last 6 months in a barely used living room space. I'm so sad because I thought it would be PERFECT in my home. NOT! ... show more

I went back and forth between 2 and 3 stars due to the ottoman legs breaking in the first few weeks. They're screwed in vertically instead of angled like the rest of the piece, which contributes to poor leg stability when someone shifts their weight on it. I also suspect that the wood it's screwed into is not very sturdy. It's comfort and stability is about what you would expect from a futon. Overall, you get what you pay for - had the legs not snapped so easily, my rating would be closer to 4 stars based on price. ... show more
