I've bought this chair twice now. Once on another site over 5 years ago. And once again this year. I didn't rebuy it because it broke down or anything. Quite the opposite. I gifted it to my brother who was having back problems and he said just after using it that one night he borrowed it, his back pain went away! So, being the nice sister that I am (shameless plug there lol), I gave it to him for his birthday and bought me another! It's still going strong after over 5 years of use! Admittedly, I didn't use it all that much. A few times a month if that. But for it to still be working so well after all this time is a great testament to the value of this massage chair! Clearly, that's why I bought it again! I went searching for the same one. But I also compared it to new ones before buying it again. However, the value for this chair was too great to pass up! Seriously, you won't regret it! It's a fantastic massage chair and as I and my brother can attest to, it definitely helps with any back or neck pain!

If I was 5'9" or above it would be perfect. The neck portion is too high for someone who needs to sit up way straighter than an old back allows! I figured out that I can sit on a thick pillow and it is fine. I wish the back massage section went a little lower but it works well. I like the adjustment choices that I haven't seen on a cushion this cheap before. You can separate head from back, just use one or the other. I've only had it 3 days but have used it a whole bunch! The air cushions to hold you firm are a nice touch!

This massage-seat provides a good strong massage, a nice selection of options/modes, and the demo/auto mode provides a thorough massage with a single click. I'm 6'2" and the neck-massage component easily reaches the right areas of my neck, with a lot of massage seats can't always do, as they're not always a good fit for people on the taller side. Plus, the vertical-adjustment options on the remote provide allow for the neck-massage placement to be adjusted by a wider range than some other chairs I've tried, so it should work well for a variety of heights. The only downsides: - The first of the massage-seats I bought of this model had one of the internal massage-roller balls snap off within the first couple of months. Then it started making a lot of weird, loud grinding noises. There are apparently no repair options once this happens. I've used a lot of massage-seats similar to this one before, and have never had that happen. I'm not sure if I just got a lemon, or if the plastic massage-roller connections on these are connected on these are more fragile than on other models. Anyway, you may want to be cautious if you're using the chair a lot, or putting a lot of weight or pressure on it via leaning back on it while in a recliner, etc. But I recently got a replacement chair and so far it's held up well. - The back-massage rollers don't quite go up high enough on my back to get to the area between my shoulder blades. This can be worked around by either scooting your body down a little bit to fit the chair, or by lowering the neck-massage rollers down so that they're massaging your very upper back instead of your neck. I've had some massage chairs before that were better at reaching the upper back. Your experience may vary for the better or worse depending on how tall you are. - The back and neck massage rollers stop at any random place when a massage cycle complete's -- rather than returning to a "home" position. This often results in the rollers being positioned awkwardly, making the massage-seat very uncomfortable to sit on when it's turned off, unless you use the remote to slowly manually adjust the rollers to a comfortable spot before turning it back off again. This is a very common problem with massage-seats from a lot of brands though, so it's not a unique issue to this one. I don't know if there are any massagers in this price-range anymore that have smart-positioning of the rollers for the end of massage cycles. All in all, as long as it lasts for a while without breaking, I'd say this is a great massage-seat chair, way more powerful and better at deep-massages than most cheaper units, and even better than a lot of the more expensive options. And it easily fits onto most easy chairs, recliners, couches, etc.

This is a great massager. Others identical are a higher price. The wired control offers a lot of control. This unit is heavier then I expected, but gives it a high quality feel. The motor/roller are strong. The "noise" level is acceptable... I'd give it 7.5 out of 10, however my unit had a defective roller track that had a abrupt "clunk" as if the roller was skipping as it moved to the upper half of the back. Because the unit is so well made and the rest of the unit was extremely nice and smooth. Seller was determined to correct the problem.

I can’t believe the way this thing works for $119. If I had paid $249 for this I would not have been disappointed. I bought it for my gf and she had to fight me to get a turn. The airbags, the adjustable back and neck rollers, with optional heat. Nice big comprehensive remote control. Reversible massage direction that totally changes the whole experience. This is a great product at this price point for sure!

This gives a very intense massage to the middle and upper back and neck and is sturdy. Works well when placed in a recliner chair. The low back intensity is not great since it is not shaped to account for the lumbar curvature. Overall, it really does give a good massage, with one major caveat: it is not height adjustable, and is built for tall people only. I would not recommend this item for anyone who is not between 5’10” and 6’4” unless you want it to massage the back of your head rather than your back and neck.
