This tree is perfect for our corner in the living room. It is sturdy and fills out nicely. I just had to take my time and do it right. To protect your hands, I suggest wearing a good pair of basic gardening gloves before fluffing any artificial tree. I fluffed out the bottom section piece completely before attaching the next piece to it. I then attached the next section of the tree and fluffed it completely. Added the third section (the 9 and the 12 footers have 4 sections), fluffed it out, and finally added the top section. It takes time to make any tree look good. I took about 90 minutes doing it this way, but it turned out beautifully. It has a nice base for a star as well. Please note: It is so slim and tall that I found it can become top-heavy if we didn't pay close attention. Since we have fur babies in the house (5 felines and 1 large 89 pound pup) we decided to anchore it with fishing line to a hook in the ceiling, to proactively avoid any possibility of a litteral knock-down mess that could occur. This took all of about 5 minutes to complete. No big deal at all. If you are looking for a nice white tree with soft white lighting, I definitely would recommend this product! ... show more

The tree was easy to assemble. It did not flake, and it looked good in the spot that we had planned to put it in. We didn’t want to go with the traditional green tree last Christmas so it was very decorative.

Right out of the box, only half the pre-lit lights work. It was a pain to fluff enough to make it look decent - and then I realized half of it didn't work. It may have been damaged in shipping - though the box seemed ok - the tree is just super cheaply made. I electrocuted myself decorating it on a broken bulb. Not pleased ... show more

This tree is absolute horrendously poor quality! Being generous is looks almost as good as the Charlie Brown Christmas Tree. It has less than half the fullness as the tree pictured. That photo is either a better quality tree and not the one received, or it was photoshopped or modified to look much much better. Buyer beware!
