Easy to build and is very sturdy. The only issue that I could think of was that two of the chairs were not balanced. Meaning, the legs weren’t leveled the same. Note this purchase came in 3 shipping boxes: 1. Chairs 2. Bench 3. Table This delivery made it easier to assemble by box. It arrived a day early! The bench and table were super easy to assemble. I’m a single woman, 5,2” and pretty strong, but needed someone to help me carry the table to my door. It’s heavy! That box was left at my building entry. Luckily, I am on first floor. I unboxed it to separate the legs and a kindly guy dropping off another delivery in my building helped me. I’m really happy with the quality, the hardware was all there, heavy duty. The chairs were not too hard to put together except getting the cushion centered and even was a little tricky. I wasn’t fond of just screwing in the screws to the bottom to hold. If you don’t get it centered right the chair will not sit flat. Use the wooden dowels, they help line it up. Before tightening it all I sat the chair upright on the ground to ensure evenness. Fairly easy to build. Came in two boxes, chairs in one and table in another. Only thing I didn’t like was the two boxes were shipped days apart so I had the chairs built with no table for a few days. This set is pretty But painful to sit in. There are two bulging nails at the ends of the seat that you feel when you sit on it. Luckily the bench has enough padding and you don’t feel any bulging nails.

My partner and I found this dining set easy to assemble (it took about 1.5 hours with two people) and perfectly sized for our small home. I saw one low review where the user hated that the furniture was "doll-sized" and immediately knew it was the right choice for us. The chairs in this dining set are definitely on the petite side, which is perfect for a tight space. After assembly, we were extremely pleased with the result. The warm walnut wood veneer tabletop is beautiful to behold, albeit a bit lighter in color than the chairs and the table legs. This is a minor issue but worth bringing up.
