Upon putting our swing together we discovered the canopy had a small tear in it. I contacted the company to request a replacement canopy and they made it more than right and sent us a replacement swing. They responded to our request within an hour and the matter was resolved efficiently and above what we would expect. Their customer service department went above and beyond our expectations. Beautiful and comfortable! Took me about 1 hour to put together - instructions were somewhat easy to read but could be a bit more explicit in some areas. There were some parts that are not specified in certain steps and I had to go back once or twice and redo a step. The swing isn’t very sturdy in the wind - it gets windy once in a while here and it falls over a lot. Needs to be secured to the ground. Otherwise, it’s beautiful once put together and I love sitting in it and reading my books! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I could not have imagined this swing seat being so comfortable and stable for the price. Thank goodness I treated myself and bought it. What an amazing gift— for me!! The swing portion itself is pretty great for a cheaper swing. It's comfortable and easy to assemble. The problem is the canopy and it's brackets. The brackets holding the canopy to the swing are made of cheap plastic. We left the canopy on and in pretty low wind it toppled the swing. We learned to take the canopy off in any amount of wind. Which is a huge inconvenience. During one recent gust of wind a bracket broke completely. We contacted the company and because we were just outside of the 60 period they couldn't send us replacement parts. They also don't sell replacement parts. They offered no other solutions. We essentially have a useless, broken swing after owning it less than 3 months. Even if we had replacement parts, we'd still have to take down the canopy nightly. I'd recommend skipping this product and investing into something with better quality materials and a reputation for customer service. ... show more

This was the first time I had purchased anything like this. I didn't want to spend a large sum of money on one in case I didn't care for it. As I write this I am sitting on the above mentioned swing, 3 years after I purchased it. It is holding up wonderfully. I had serious doubts about its durability and comfort considering the price, but it has far exceeded my expectations on both counts.
