Instructions aren't quite clear. We had 2 extra washers and couldn't figure out where they were missing on the chair, but the chair was a bit lopsided. One leg doesn't sit on the ground. Something is off but it's not obvious enough for us to fix it. I was embarrassed to show my neighbor.
