This canopy holds water which causes it to collapse and bend the frame. It is fine but don't leave up in rain. I contacted Amazon and the company got back in touch within a few hours. The customer service was great! They did not give me a refund because it was past 60 days. However, we received a new canopy within a few days!! This canopy is working well for the purpose we wanted. I looked at so many trying to pick one out that I confused descriptions and so I was expecting this one to be vented..and it is not. I also thought I would be able to put it up alone. It definitely needs two people to put it up! Once up, it's great. The stakes for the ropes do not stay in the ground, even when put in at angles, so I'll be replacing those. Also the canopy itself had a few thin or snagged places on it...but I wasn't going to return it after all the fuss to get it up (because I tried desperately to do it alone). I think it is well worth the price I paid and I'm overall happy with it. When it's time to replace it...I'm getting the easy up one that one person can do. ... show more

So this is a great pop up overall. However it is not easy to set up. Not a 1 person job at all. It took 3 people and 45 minutes to set up. Also, I would like to add there was no instructions. I have owned this for about 2 weeks and have left it up. It does hold up really good with windy days even. I am a bit disappointed in my purchase as far as, I bought the USA Flag cover and the colors were fading within 6 days. If I knew the colors were not going to last long I wouldn’t have bought it. ... show more

Bought the wrong one. Meant to get the 1 person set up and the one with stronger poles. This one is okay for our RV. It took 2 of us to get it up. One of the poles for the cover bent while getting it put up. It still a nice little cover and good for shade
