I do not like this bed. i wish I can return it. the remote doesnt work after moving the bed around my studio. I called customer serviced and left two VM but they never return my call. MY husband was deployed at that time it broke. I waited for him to return home hoping that He can fix it for me 6 months later. He tried but someone some parts of the bed broke. we tried calling the company number again but havent heard. That was a week ago. So I decided to write a review here to warn other artists to really think about buying this expensive bed. My clients complaint about the side arm rest not comfortable on their shoulder. Now I have to look for side arm rest that would fit this kind of bed. I dont know what to do with bed anymore. SInce i cant use the remote control anymore, means I can change the position of the bed. if the seller or owner read this review please contact me here. These chairs are amazing for our medical spa!!! They were mostly assembled and look so professional. Also probably the best customer service l have encountered in awhile!
