Really nice headphones blocked out all the noise around you which I love. You do have to plug in the USB in order for the light to work which if you’re playing with your PlayStation and plugged into the controller obviously that’s not doable. So I kind of wish it would still light up just for the fun of it. But if you’re plugged into the computer using the USB it’ll be lighten up and it’s pretty over all those sound quality and overall quality great!

These wired headphones look really nice right out of the box. The deep black and red color scheme gives them that classic gaming headset look, and the LED lighting on the earcups adds a nice touch without being too bright. The build feels solid for the price, and the over-ear cushions are soft with enough padding to keep them comfortable during longer gaming sessions. Sound quality is good for casual gaming. The highs and mids are clear enough, and the bass has a decent punch without drowning everything out. I had no issues picking up in-game footsteps, effects, or menu audio. They also come with a split adapter for audio and mic separately, which is helpful if you’re plugging into a PC rather than a single-port device. Comfort-wise, these surprised me. I didn’t have to constantly adjust them or take breaks from ear pressure or headband fatigue. The fit stays stable without clamping too hard. The microphone does not bend it can only be moved up or down. The microphone is where the headset really let me down. When talking with my party, they could barely hear me. I boosted the mic gain +20 dB, and while that made it slightly better, it still wasn’t at a normal usable volume. My drivers are up to date, and I swapped back to my Astros just to verify, no issues there. It seems like the mic sensitivity just isn’t tuned well for PC use. It’s a shame, because the headset looks good, feels good, and sounds good for the price. For console players, I’m sure it performs fine since so many reviewers are happy with it. But on PC, if you need a clear and reliable microphone for party chats, this one is disappointing.

I started using this gaming headset during late night sessions when the house is quiet and I don’t want sound leaking out. I mostly play story-driven games and online matches, so sound detail and comfort matter more to me than flashy features. From the start, the headset felt solid without feeling heavy on my head. The sound experience felt immersive, especially during action scenes. I could hear footsteps, background movement, and small environmental details that helped me stay focused in the game. It didn’t feel overwhelming, just clear enough to pull me into what was happening on screen. The microphone worked well for team chats. Friends told me my voice came through clearly, even when there was game noise in the background. I liked that I could move the mic out of the way when I wasn’t using it, which made solo play more comfortable. Comfort was a big reason I kept using it. The ear cushions felt soft and didn’t press too hard, even after long sessions. My ears didn’t feel hot or sore, which is something I usually notice with headsets after a while.
