My small living room gets very cold, so I’ve been searching for an electric fireplace for a while. I found this one and decided the price was worth it, so I bought it and I’m so glad I did. Assembly takes a while (so many cam bolts…), but it’s very simple and just makes sense- so much so that I could anticipate multiple steps ahead in the build. Once it’s together, it’s sturdy, but easy enough to slide into place. It is heavy, so don’t dry to lift much to move. The shelves have plenty of storage space for books, games and other media. The flame is real looking enough to give the ambience I was looking for (I didn’t expect it to look super real- it’s an electric heater), and the heat this thing puts out is amazing! My only complaint would be the small remote- the buttons and icons are very tiny and hard to see. But that’s hardly a reason to give anything less than 5 stars for this gem! ... show more

We have this gorgeous piece of furniture in our bedroom and we couldn’t be happier! First let me say how well packaged and protected the pieces were in the box which is a good thing since the UPS guy thought he could carry the 100+ pound box on his shoulder. Needless to say the box went over his shoulder and hit the ground hard. Thankfully nothing was damaged. It took my husband and I a couple of days to assemble it since we took a lot of breaks to rest our old bones! The heater (which arrived at the same time as the other parts) is not on in the photo, but it does work well. We love the crackling sound and the dancing “flames”. We are looking forward to a cold day to really put it to the test. This product is highly recommended. It looks great in our bedroom and would look equally great in a family/living room. EDIT: Now that it is cold weather, we have used the heater several times. It warms the room well and is very responsive to the remote. The only concern I have is sometimes it buzzes loudly while running. Not sure what is causing it, but I hope the heater isn’t about to malfunction. If it does, I will contact the manufacturer about a replacement heater in the hopes the company will stand by its product and keep the customer happy. ... show more

I am so pleased with this purchase. I feel like I got a great deal for it on Black Friday. It is heavy and looks very sturdy. I was the perfect height and width for what I needed. The media could not be loaded. This fireplace truly is beautiful! Be prepared to spend about 3 hours putting it together. It rivals an IKEA project. 4 stars for the complicated assembly and one bolt that was too long and went through the side of the fireplace. Thankfully you can’t see it! After moving during my divorce three years ago, one of the things I was most sad about was losing my real wood burning fire place. Of course, this doesn’t make up for it entirely, but I am enjoying it so very much. It puts out a good amount of heat, and I love the look of the flames and logs. What really sold me on this heater that most others do not have is the sound option so it sounds like a fire crackling. While the product looks nice, the description states it holds a 65 inch tv. It is not even close to holding a 65 inch tv. I was extremely disappointed. I can't use it and didn't know until it was put together. This was a waste of money for me.

The media could not be loaded. If you are looking for a great looking fireplace to add to your living room or done, this is a fantastic option. It is visually aesthetically pleasing. It definitely set the vibe and atmosphere for our holiday season this year. It really was the cherry on the cake and it makes cracking. Sounds like real wood is burning and the heating option is great. It does take about an hour or two to notice a temperature difference in our living room some smaller, living rooms might notice it different. If you go close to it, you will warm up quick, but it will eventually warm up our living room after running for a few hours, overall we love it. It is a great material but installation is very lengthy. You will definitely need to be handy with tools to get this together but overall I rated five stars and recommend this product. ... show more
