The media could not be loaded. We are so happy with our purchase! The mantel/shelves come in a separate box from the fireplace portion so it may come on different days. The seller got back to us in less than a day with the second tracking number, very good customer service. This thing is a beast. A big, beautiful beast. It's very sturdy. It's heavy. Looks amazing. The fireplace is wonderful and works on remote. The only drawback, other than the weight, was how difficult it was to put together. Clear your calendar. It look several hours.

After purchasing one for my Man Cave, She wanted one for the Living Room. Estimated Delivery was two weeks. Came in 4-5 days. ASSEMBLY! Will take about 8 hours providing, you get directions that at step 8 was a blank page, that makes you step back, scratch your head and move on. ( turns out step 8 had vital information that would of been helpful ). Also had another blank page at step 13, but you’re basically home by then. I like to use a little wood glue on the dowels, but not necessary. It’s a sturdy and heavy piece. Placed a 65 inch TV with no worries about tipping. She absolutely loves it. With the ambience and heat, she doesn’t have to turn the dial on the wall. ( Electric Heat Big Bucks in the Winter ). Hopefully it will pay for itself. Overall, A little pricey but Free Delivery Helped. It is Big, Taller than most, but that’s what we were looking for. DEFINITELY SATISFIED! ... show more

We needed a statement piece for this living room and this TV stand fireplace did not disappoint! It is lovely and stately. The ONLY minor issue was that as we were putting it together, I grabbed the right side and the screws ripped the particle board. Wood glue and careful handling resolved the issue. Not the manufacturers fault, just a little careless on my part. But the step that you screw the sides onto the center piece anchors the entire piece together. I ordered it yesterday morning and it was delivered this morning. Now we wait for REAL fall weather to enjoy the warm. ... show more
