This was easy to assembly and took very little time. It’s perfect size for an apartment. My dog loves it and I’m sure I’ll enjoy it for a nice reading location. I’m 5’0” amd I can sit comfortably but much taller your legs will hang over and your head will be substantially above the back.

Although visibly it seems to hold up just fine. I put my knee on it as I was bending down to pick up one of my kids toys and heard a big crack. The thin wood or cardboard underneath the upholstery is extremely cheap and does not support even a lightweight man like myself. I don't expect this piece of furniture to hold up as long as I had expected. I'm sure it is made lightweight to save costs on shipping and production but the product is not as durable as one would expect for a family type setting. ... show more

The description does not list the height of the seat of the chair. It is extremely low and causes me pain in my knees when getting in and out of it. I would have definitely saved my money and paid a little more and got the one I wanted. But you get what you pay for.
