This is perfect for what I needed - a small padded bench at the foot of our bed, good height for sitting and putting on shoes (our bed is very high, and doesn't work for this), perfect for small dog to get up on the bed from, and the fabric seems tough and nicely neutral. The only thing I really didn't like was the very shiny, very cheap looking upholstery tacks that they used, and there were no other options available for this color. It's not hard to rectify - pried each one out (80 or so?) and replaced with smaller, dark bronze tacks - a tedious little job that took me about an hour and the tacks were cheap, so I'm good. Those big shiny silver ones might work in a very modern room with nickel/stainlesss accents, but I think this was a styling misstep for the needs of most buyers. It actually went well with my furniture. Although, I didn't receive my first one due to UPS delivering to the wrong address. so I never received it. I Emailed vendor and was sent another one. It's still holding up nicely.
