Easy to put together and quite sturdy and stable. We got it all put together and it seemed a little creaky under the mattress before we remembered to install the plastic inserts for the ends of the metal slats; they tightened it right up! Be VERY careful that the corner poles are turned the right way. It's easy at the headboard end but the foot end is harder to see from the instructions because the illustrations are VERY small. We got the whole thing put together and noticed the horizontal canopy holders sloped down a bit toward the foot. Turned out that two vertical poles at the foot were turned 90 deg the wrong way and swapped. Also important: I got a little ambitious using a power driver and inadvertently left it with no torque control for one bolt, which ended up squashing one of the corner poles a bit. Luckily they send extra bolts and we were able to disassemble it and twist the poles apart. Whew. Anyway, take your time and you'll be fine.

In general this bed is super amazing. It was pretty easy to build. Took me and my husband about an hour. Instructions were easy to follow and the packaging and labeling was good. It is very stable and has lots of support for the mattress. The reason it lost some stars are because first the ladder hole was bent and was unable to connect. We tried to bend it back so it would lay flat but it was too curved that no matter how we tried we couldn’t get it perfect to match so the ladder is always loose . The second is that the lights around the desk keep falling off. We keep reapplying but the next day they are off again. This isn’t a huge deal but still stinks since it was an exciting part of the bed. Overall good purchase. My son loves it.

Product is ok. But big downfall is you can’t change ration of ladder so make sure your bedroom works with bed layout displayed in pictures.

I originally praised the bed, but the side panel fell off and when I reached out for support, the seller was not helpful at all. They told me to email them pictures, which I did and the email address they gave me was wrong and it was undeliverable. The bed is not safe and the seller does not care.

My step son loves this bed! The height is it is shorter than i thought it was gunna be but it’s still great for the kids to hang out under!

I debated the number of stars to give. I wanted to give less but my daughter really likes the bed, so I have an extra star for that alone. The bed was easy enough to build. The instructions were (mostly) clear, only a few hiccups. I built it solo so it took me several hours, but with a partner it would significantly reduce that time. I love how the slats for the bed work, seems more secure that our Kura bed from IKEA. The metal and desk portion are beautiful and nearly flawless. The problem comes with the panels that form the 2 longer side rails of the bed. The wicker decoration that my daughter absolutely love fell off immediately upon opening the box. I hadn’t even touched it yet! Then the tiny black screws meant to secure them to the frame of the bed fell out and despite putting them back in, they would not stay. My daughter is 12 so not having those panels is fine as she can’t fit through the opening but the bars keep her from falling out. However for a younger child, like my 8yr old, they can easily roll right through the opening and fall off the bed. I tried contacting the company’s support team THREE times. The first time, no one responded, the 2nd I got as far as them asking what my problem was but once I responded, they never got back (I could only contact someone via an Amazon chat window) to me. On my third attempt, I told them my problem but they asked for a number that I wasn’t given and had no access to and was abandoned after telling them and asking if there was another way they might be able to get me the help I needed. Thankfully this bed works for us so I don’t need a replacement, but I wanted others to know what they might expect if they needed customer service after ordering. Space saving: My daughter’s room is very small so having a seat attached to her bed means 1 less piece of furniture she needs in her room. Color: My daughter loves the black metal and dark wood look. Value for money: Same bed and brand and less expensive.
