Got it for office, made literally hundreds of coffees works perfectly fine. Make sure you put in just the amount of water you need for one cup because it’s not stopping by itself, if you push the button and leave it will drain all the water.

This thing never did actually make coffee. Running water through it one time to resulted in Luke warm splatters that would have been coffee stains. So... I moved the base up to the second position to actually test the coffee... The higher slot for the cup holder is very unstable and sags. The lid is huge, though it was shorter than my Keurig, it wouldn't fit under the same counter because the lid opens away from you and adds a lot of height when opened. So I pulled it from under the cabinet to add water, which is awkward given the way it opens, if you pour the water from the mug you're going to use and that mug is big, it is difficult to pour in the water without what leaning the machine backwards. Given all this, I would have made so and kept it but it simply never made any coffee. I sweet it up per the instructions... There's a little rubber topper on the inside that looked like temporary packing so I pulled that out and tried again... The water just gets luke warm for a few minutes before the machine turns off. Saving 30 bucks from just rebuying the Keurig just want worth it. The Keurig worked fine but after a few years it just didn't have the pressure and took too long to make a cup so I thought it better to replace it than clean it it again. Shrug emoji ... show more

I love the larger brewing capacities per single brew. My sister used the other attachment where you could add your own coffee grounds. It worked great. I prefer the pods because of less mess so I used that attachment. I have the Keurig Mini and I bought this for my sister. They each have their own unique pluses so I don’t like one more than the other but this Bella is a good product—and for the price, you can’t beat it. ... show more

I had an old single-cup coffee maker that used K-cups or a reusable pod that you put coffee grounds in. Unfortunately, when I brought it up to my home office, it had ceased working. A new single cup coffee maker by the known brand was cost-prohibitive. I started looking and found this one that takes K-cups or you can put your favorite coffee in a pod provided by Bella. There are several colors available for the coffeemaker and they have other small appliances to coordinate in the various colors. I bought the matte purple. The coffee comes out great. I love that you can move the plate to accommodate a travel mug or a ceramic/plastic mug. If you use a mug, you need to move the plate up. If the mug is on the heavy-side the plate will tilt down a little at the front. I found if you place a K-cup under the front edge of the plate it lifts it to the perfect height so it is level. I am hoping to find something in plastic that is the same height as the K-cup. The coffee tastes great everytime! ... show more

Really handy coffee maker with the option of K-cups or regular coffee. My only complaint is the movable shelf for the coffee cup is rather flimsy. It eld the cup without falling off but there remains a question of how long it will last. Good value for the money!

I love the fact that this coffee maker uses both K-Cups and ground coffee. It's compact, easy to use and cute. While it does the job and makes me the cup of coffee I need, the process is a little messy. More times than not, during the brewing process, the grounds "explodes" inside leaving coffee grounds everywhere inside the machine; along the edges, inside the water reserve, the lid (if you aren't using the ground coffee attachment, the lid of the K-Cup attachment...I mean EVERYWHERE. I am constantly having to clean out coffee grounds from the machine. It also frequently turns off mid-brew or seconds after it starts. At first I thought it was the electric plug that was doing that but soon realized from other reviews here that it's not. It's economical enough that I will put up with cleaning up but this shouldn't be happening. ... show more

This product was great for about 6 months, then it turned off in the middle of the brewing process, made very loud noises, spewed water. I contacted the company ant told them what was happening and sent a video. They told me to cut the cord and send them a picture, which I did. They told me they’d refund my money…….that was on March 7, 2025. I’ve contacted the company twice and nothing!! Needless to say I’ll NEVER purchase another Bella product! Extremely disappointing! ... show more

Ok for $25 bucks it lasted for 2 months then died (brew light wouldn’t stay on, made awful noises and shot out steam. When I contacted the merchant I was given a long list of information they required. Not worth it
