I Ordered this single serve coffee maker and got it overnight. Everything went well. The packaging was fantastic and secure. Very simple to use. You put the amount of water into the water tray that you want to brew, and it will automatically brew that amount of water. It took roughly under a minute and a half to brew 8 oz, so not bad for a $25 single serve coffee machine. It’s very slim. It will fit pretty much anywhere on your countertop. It works well with K cups as well as coffee grounds, as it came with a separate brewing basket for your grounds. It tastes like it delivers a bold coffee taste just as I like it! Definitely the best bang for the Buck if you want something simple and a quick cup of coffee. I would definitely recommend to other people. ... show more

If you are traveling and want to brew your own favorite K-cups this is a good product. It only holds enough water for the coffee cup you use to measure but it brewed my coffee perfect and I didn't have to have a huge box to take it in. This thing never did actually make coffee. Running water through it one time to resulted in Luke warm splatters that would have been coffee stains. So... I moved the base up to the second position to actually test the coffee... The higher slot for the cup holder is very unstable and sags. The lid is huge, though it was shorter than my Keurig, it wouldn't fit under the same counter because the lid opens away from you and adds a lot of height when opened. So I pulled it from under the cabinet to add water, which is awkward given the way it opens, if you pour the water from the mug you're going to use and that mug is big, it is difficult to pour in the water without what leaning the machine backwards. Given all this, I would have made so and kept it but it simply never made any coffee. I sweet it up per the instructions... There's a little rubber topper on the inside that looked like temporary packing so I pulled that out and tried again... The water just gets luke warm for a few minutes before the machine turns off. Saving 30 bucks from just rebuying the Keurig just want worth it. The Keurig worked fine but after a few years it just didn't have the pressure and took too long to make a cup so I thought it better to replace it than clean it it again. Shrug emoji ... show more

Although it's cute, pretty in its dusky aqua color, that's not what's really important. It's easy to use and perks a cup of coffee about twice as fast as my last coffeemaker did. Everything that needs to be cleaned is very accessible and cleans up well. The only negative is that the adjustable shelf is not a perfect fit on the small cup level, and so is not quite level, but not enough to create a problem. I had an old single-cup coffee maker that used K-cups or a reusable pod that you put coffee grounds in. Unfortunately, when I brought it up to my home office, it had ceased working. A new single cup coffee maker by the known brand was cost-prohibitive. I started looking and found this one that takes K-cups or you can put your favorite coffee in a pod provided by Bella. There are several colors available for the coffeemaker and they have other small appliances to coordinate in the various colors. I bought the matte purple. The coffee comes out great. I love that you can move the plate to accommodate a travel mug or a ceramic/plastic mug. If you use a mug, you need to move the plate up. If the mug is on the heavy-side the plate will tilt down a little at the front. I found if you place a K-cup under the front edge of the plate it lifts it to the perfect height so it is level. I am hoping to find something in plastic that is the same height as the K-cup. The coffee tastes great everytime! ... show more

I love the fact that this coffee maker uses both K-Cups and ground coffee. It's compact, easy to use and cute. While it does the job and makes me the cup of coffee I need, the process is a little messy. More times than not, during the brewing process, the grounds "explodes" inside leaving coffee grounds everywhere inside the machine; along the edges, inside the water reserve, the lid (if you aren't using the ground coffee attachment, the lid of the K-Cup attachment...I mean EVERYWHERE. I am constantly having to clean out coffee grounds from the machine. It also frequently turns off mid-brew or seconds after it starts. At first I thought it was the electric plug that was doing that but soon realized from other reviews here that it's not. It's economical enough that I will put up with cleaning up but this shouldn't be happening. ... show more

So far so good! When I plugged the coffee pot in, I did grab my heaviest mug, filled it with water and set it on the drip tray raised at its highest position just to see if I would notice any sagging as mentioned in some of the comments. I’m happy to report. I didn’t notice any sagging. Not even a little. I also prepared a cup of coffee and didn’t notice any splattering as mentioned in some of the comments either. Everything stayed in my mug. No leaky or exploding coffee grounds in the pot. I’m loving it so far. I hope this helps anyone who may be considering purchasing this. ... show more
