At first, I really liked this helmet. Until I realized that the straps are anchored to the helmet via a cheap, removable plastic piece and a tiny metal pin. Punch line, if your child ever drops the helmet (which does happen), the cheap plastic piece and pin will probably pop out and get lost — Meaning the straps can no longer be attached to the helmet. I emailed Bell for help or advice over a month ago, they never responded. Buy another brand! ... show more
