This cage is HIDEOUS - with a blue frame, green wire, and white cable ties, it is the messiest-looking enclosure I've ever had. The first animal I put in this cage escaped through a gap in the door section because the chicken wire is so flimsy. I ended up having to cable tie every single hole in the wire to the frame, which means I also had to buy about $100 of blue cable ties, in addition to the little white ones it came with. It would probably have been easier to go to Home Depot and just DIY one from scratch, but maybe one could use just the frame and purchase different chicken wire and cable ties. ... show more

Package delivered promptly undamaged. Instructions are minimal at best. After unpacking and starting assembly, discovered missing parts. No information on packaging or instruction manual. Now i'm stuck with a unit I can't complete or use. Materials appear of good quality.but my issue is WHAT CAN I DO NOW? Don't see any way to contact company to resolve my dilemma. HELP SOME ONE. Great for me when I was in a bind for time. Quick to assemble. I did have to reinforce the bottom as something busted a hole in and needed heavier duty zip ties.
