Super comfortable and genuinely easy to use right out of the box, and the massage is strong in the best way. The first time I turned it on, I was honestly surprised by how much pressure it delivers. It really feels like it’s working on tight spots instead of just lightly vibrating. What I love most is that it comes with a car power connector, so I can plug it in while I’m on the road. It fits perfectly on my car seat, and the strap keeps it secure so it doesn’t slide around when I make a turn, which is good. I definitely look forward to seeing whether it helps reduce the stress during the road trip! At home, the best way to use it is in a recliner. The angle feels perfect, and once you lean back and settle in, it’s extra relaxing and lets the massage hit all the right spots. Overall, it’s become something I actually look forward to using, and I feel noticeably more relaxed afterward.

I love this thing, I got it as a replacement for my homedics massager which was pretty nice so I was picky, this thing checked all the boxes Even better than my old one The parts that massage your back don't dig into it aggressively when you're sitting on it and it's not in use, when you are using it it feels like someone's actually neading your back shoulders and neck the vibration was a pleasant surprise that I figured was a gimmick but it actually feels really good on my hips I love it seems to be a reasonable quality I can't complain I'll update this review if longevity is an issue but as it stands the motor's in it seem to be plenty strong I have not managed to stall them but I'm only about 170 lb The neck is fully adjustable You just put it where you want it and lean your neck back into it feels great, I'd say it was worth the $180 I paid for it if this one lasts I will definitely be buying another in a few years when it dies. Oh and for those wondering it fits great in a gaming chair I have an N-gen chair i put it in, (You can look up the chair to compare if it'll fit in your gaming chair) its also on Amazon hope this helps. I let my parents try it, they are going to buy one now too! Had it one month so far and it's definitely worth every penny still no strain in the motors from an average 160 lb 5'8 dude almost daily use if not every other day! I have zero doubts that it'll last me quite a long time.

I’ve been using this Massager for about three weeks now, almost every day, and I’m very satisfied. The Massager is relaxing yet deep enough to relieve tension in my back, neck, and lower back. The heat function adds extra comfort and really helps muscles relax. It fits comfortably on a chair or sofa and feels solid and well-made. I like having different modes and intensity levels to adjust as needed. It’s so good that even my husband uses it sometimes. Highly recommend for home use.

The media could not be loaded. I tried this as soon as it arrived and was pleasantly surprised. The massage feels really good on both the neck and back, and it does a great job relieving stiffness from long hours of sitting and looking at a screen. The kneading is firm but comfortable, and I like that the intensity and massage time are adjustable, so it’s easy to find the right setting. I usually place it on the sofa and use it while watching TV, which is very relaxing and easy to fit into my routine. The heat function adds a nice warm touch without getting too hot, making the massage even more enjoyable. Another nice bonus is the car adapter. It’s convenient to use on the car seat and stays in place, which is great for long drives or traffic. Overall, it feels well made, very practical, and a great value for the price. I’m happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

This is a good alternative as a massage chair. This fits my recliner and provides a nice massge. After I'm done with the massage I tuck it away behind the chair. The massage good, it does feel firm. It massages both neck and back. Overall its a good massage. I'm happy with my purchase and would buy this again.

Waste of money. Don’t think that because this product is over $150, it’s a good product. The neck massage pillow worked fine, however the back massage components never worked. The would try to start, then immediately stop, and never work. The vibration settings are also nothing to write home about. Bland and poorly built and a waste of my money.
