We are really happy with it so far. From dragging the boxes inside, putting it together, breaking down the boxes and putting in the trash, it took an hour and ten minutes. Listing said 5 boxes for this one but it was only 4. We got it all within 3 days of ordering so can’t beat the shipping time. I really wanted to get it all done before the husband got home so I didn’t dawdle but it was easy. For note, I’m a woman but am good with putting things together. The instructions were straight forward and everything just clips together but do have to be done in order so don’t wing it haha. I found it easier than my cheap office couch from IKEA. The cushions are a good thickness and the color is spot on with the ad. It seems of good durable quality but time will tell. It’s my first online couch purchase. The cushions still need to fluff but it’s looking good. I do wish the back cushions had Velcro but knew that going into it. I may try to sew on something later depending on how annoying they get.

Ordering Process: I ordered the Sleeper 4 couch on Nov 25th, 3 days later I received 6 boxes at my doorstep. Now from reading the reviews and the details I knew that I should be expecting at least 2 more boxes. I reached out to customer support via amazon but I also emailed customer service which I obtained from the Belffin website directly to ask for the tracking numbers for each box. They emailed me back within an hour or two confirming 2 boxes were still en route and attached the tracking numbers for all 8 boxes.( Customer support from amazon reached out with the same information about 2 days later). So if you plan on ordering from amazon please be advised that you will not receive all the tracking information unless you reach out to customer support/service. I received 7 boxes all within 4 days after ordering & the 8th box came 2 days after that. I was VERY pleased with the timeliness of the shipping. Also I found that it shipped with Fedex so don't watch outside the window for an amazon truck. Assembly: The reason I have to rate this couch 4 stars is because the assembly process was a challenge. Out of 8 boxes I received 3 pamphlets of instructions for the WRONG couch. However each pamphlet did seem to show how to put together a few pieces but it did not show how to put the actual whole couch together. My husband & I had to look at videos & pictures from the reviews to see how it was supposed to look. It was rough for a bit but once we figured out how it was supposed to look it got easier. The couch itself is beautiful. It's so soft! Firm like other reviews have mentioned but the quality of the material makes up for it completely. My husband & I slept on it 2 days in a row, it's very cozy and warm especially for this early winter we're having. I was nervous about the size as my husband is 5"11 but he has found "his spot" to lounge. I do wish the backs were higher, the pillows lean over if you just want to sit with your feet up. There is a ton of storage space at every seat except for the sleeper part. All in all I am satisfied with the couch, just read the reviews before purchasing. If i hadn't read them this process would've been a nightmare.

I ordered the 4 sleeper. It came in 8 boxes and you may have to contact the seller as we did and receive the other tracking numbers. Still ahead of schedule by 5 days. The product itself is superb. The storage is built tough and the whole sectional is easy to assemble and disassemble making moving it great. The plush at first disappoints but theres a label on it that says to allow for 48 hours to let it puff back up from shipment. After the morning it was super plush and plump very cozy. I was leary spending that much on something ive never sat on before but i am so glad i took the risk. Well worth it.

Our living room is quite small and we were very much in need of a larger sofa. Spent a bit of time looking for a small L-shaped sectional that would fit the available space and budget. We’re not rich + why spend a ton on furniture that the kid and lunkhead dogs are most likely going to kick the crap out of? We finally landed on this small Belffin sectional with a sleeper pull out. It shipped quickly via Amazon and fits our vibe with its funky, shaggy, brick red corduroy material. It’s firm, but plush and very comfy thus far. The build quality feels pretty solid for its price point. The removable covers were a big draw given the aforementioned kid/dogs in the equation. The under seat storage is a big help given our small house too. The setup instructions were a bit lacking, but aside from a bit of trial and error, it went together easily enough. I did it myself in about 90 minutes (including lugging boxes in from the garage and the old couch outside) All in all, we’re very happy with the purchase and have already ordered a matching storage ottoman to replace our coffee table and enable a bit more stretching out. Hopefully it holds up!

We love love love our couch! Just make sure you have all the boxes before trying to put it together and do it the way the instructions say to. My son didn't and had to redo it. It's great very comfortable and sits all the people we need it to. We did buy an extra two seater piece, so it huge for our family of 4 children and 2 adults. It's super soft. Very durable and very relaxing. And the color isn't something super common so I feel it's a unique enough piece to be in my home. I went with the rust color brick red.

Amazing couch, the color is exactly what is shown. It’s so soft and comfy!!! The pull out part for your feet is super easy to slide up and put back down. And the other side with the storage is amazing, we use it for blankets!

I bought an additional pullout and single seater to add to this couch and I setup it all up about a month ago, so I could test it out before reviewing. My photos show 2 configurations and what it looks like with the couches opened and closed. I'll start out by saying it arrives in 5 boxes and came really quickly. It said it would be over a week but I got the first boxes within about 3 days. It wasn't super hard to put together but all the pieces are mixed up in the boxes. The couches are easy to pull out. The couch looks really nice and the fabric is soft but I have some complaints. The back of the couch is really low and so are the armrests. (See photo) The armrest only sticks up 5 inches from the seat, so you don't really have anything to lean on and these 16x16 pillows stick way over it. The fabric is soft but it's SLIPPERY, especially when it's brand new. The back pillows need velcro or something to keep them in place because they constantly fall down, which is annoying. They're also really bunched together and start overlapping like there's not enough room for the pillows to fit correctly. The couch is FIRM. It is not the kind of couch you sink into to relax. I gave it a month to break in before leaving a review and it has seemed to soften up some but my husband thinks it's uncomfortable and rarely gets on it. I'm not going to lie, I regretted buying it the first few weeks but it's softening up and I'm satisfied with it. The feet of the couch are plastic, which I wasn't really thrilled about. The cushions for the 2 seater/couches should have 1 large cushion and not two because now you're laying on the crack & it's not the most comfortable. I bought two big body pillows that match the couch for some back support and allows you to lay back some so you're not sitting straight up with your feet out. With all that being said, it's a very nice looking couch and I'd buy it again but I would not recommend it for sleeping on if that's what you plan on using it for.
