My husband and I are soooo satisfied with this sectional. It brings a combination of comfort and style to our living room. I fell asleep on it the first night we put it together. And when I woke up, I fell asleep again. The assembly was simple (thanks to my husband). I ordered a second pullout because our living room area is spacious. It really makes the are look full with the second pullout. With the second pullout, it seats about 10 people. I was impressed that the sofa does not sit low. You dont sink into the sofa as it is quite firm. It's just right for us (especially since we have knee pain lol). Very very satisfied with this purchase. ... show more

Ordering Process: I ordered the Sleeper 4 couch on Nov 25th, 3 days later I received 6 boxes at my doorstep. Now from reading the reviews and the details I knew that I should be expecting at least 2 more boxes. I reached out to customer support via amazon but I also emailed customer service which I obtained from the Belffin website directly to ask for the tracking numbers for each box. They emailed me back within an hour or two confirming 2 boxes were still en route and attached the tracking numbers for all 8 boxes.( Customer support from amazon reached out with the same information about 2 days later). So if you plan on ordering from amazon please be advised that you will not receive all the tracking information unless you reach out to customer support/service. I received 7 boxes all within 4 days after ordering & the 8th box came 2 days after that. I was VERY pleased with the timeliness of the shipping. Also I found that it shipped with Fedex so don't watch outside the window for an amazon truck. Assembly: The reason I have to rate this couch 4 stars is because the assembly process was a challenge. Out of 8 boxes I received 3 pamphlets of instructions for the WRONG couch. However each pamphlet did seem to show how to put together a few pieces but it did not show how to put the actual whole couch together. My husband & I had to look at videos & pictures from the reviews to see how it was supposed to look. It was rough for a bit but once we figured out how it was supposed to look it got easier. The couch itself is beautiful. It's so soft! Firm like other reviews have mentioned but the quality of the material makes up for it completely. My husband & I slept on it 2 days in a row, it's very cozy and warm especially for this early winter we're having. I was nervous about the size as my husband is 5"11 but he has found "his spot" to lounge. I do wish the backs were higher, the pillows lean over if you just want to sit with your feet up. There is a ton of storage space at every seat except for the sleeper part. All in all I am satisfied with the couch, just read the reviews before purchasing. We are really happy with it so far. From dragging the boxes inside, putting it together, breaking down the boxes and putting in the trash, it took an hour and ten minutes. Listing said 5 boxes for this one but it was only 4. We got it all within 3 days of ordering so can’t beat the shipping time. I really wanted to get it all done before the husband got home so I didn’t dawdle but it was easy. For note, I’m a woman but am good with putting things together. The instructions were straight forward and everything just clips together but do have to be done in order so don’t wing it haha. I found it easier than my cheap office couch from IKEA. The cushions are a good thickness and the color is spot on with the ad. It seems of good durable quality but time will tell. It’s my first online couch purchase. The cushions still need to fluff but it’s looking good. I do wish the back cushions had Velcro but knew that going into it. I may try to sew on something later depending on how annoying they get. ... show more

I don’t even know where to start. First off my package arrived later than expected. When I finally received my order, we unboxed everything and the worst smell filled my living room. The odor was so bad we had to keep all the windows open and the smell still lingers. The biggest problem is attaching the pieces. Some of the pieces would not slide in place and you have to manually widen them to try to fit in, which was nearly impossible. I reached out to customer service to avoid having to leave a bad review and they would not accommodate. They offered to ship the items back which would cost almost half the price of what I paid for the order. Now I am stuck with pieces of the couch that cannot be put together. Worst purchase ever!! Find something better!! Run from this vendor fast!!! ... show more

Purchased in October 2025. Its just "ok". The back cushions are not very tall and they dont stay in place. With 3 dogs and 2 kids, I thought this would be perfect since all the covers unzip for easy cleaning, but at this point its just annoying that the back cushions are all over the place. The feel of it is awesome, comfort wise..its "ok". Love the features of the storage and pull out sleeper. After 6 months, we are already looking to sell this one and get a different one. ... show more
