I never leave reviews however I had to for this couch. This couch is easily the best couch I’ve ever had. The furniture stores are outrageous and this matches those for half the price. Truly amazing for $700. It’s soft and wide with wide seats! I got the four seater and don’t regret it! The only down side is it came in four boxes on three different days. This sofa sleeper is very large. It takes 2 people to put it together. It's beautiful except it is not exactly courdoroy material but more like faux fur. I still like it. It has springs in the seat cushions and is firm. Update: I contacted the seller and received a quick response and to my surprise this is in fact a courdoroy material. So I give this couch two stars, The couch itself is very comfortable, but the customer service is extremely lacking. Putting the couch together is pretty easy, the Overall construction of the couch is pretty good. It being oversize is a plus in the comfort section. But the bad part was, They shorted me a cushion for the back. When I reached out to the seller about it, they told me I would have to wait 30 days to receive a back cushion because they don’t have any more. But you can clearly go on their official website and the Amazon website and order a whole new couch with no problem. So they have cushions to sell you brand-new, but not to fix a problem that they caused. To make matters worse, they offered me a $50 refund and no cushion. I’m not sure if they realize how a couch works, but the back piece is pretty vital. When you spend $700 on a couch, you expect it to come complete. If you’re in the market for a modular couch, maybe try a different company because the customer experience on this purchase was terrible. The only other solution they provided was to return the couch, I don’t know if they think I’m some sort of a factory and that it would be easy for me to vacuum pack a whole sofa back, The whole experience was very unsatisfying. ... show more
