To be clear, I do not write reviews unless I have had a great experience or a poor enough experience to inform others to stay away. In the 15 plus years of using Amazon, I have written no more than five reviews and today I will be writing about Belffin. For those who do not want to read my experience further, I will immediately state that if you are on the fence about working with this company, then have no fear, as Belffin’s customer support, professionalism, efficiency of solving problems, and ensuring that their customers are treated better than any other entity is second to none. Never have I interacted with a company with such remarkable customer support. Read on for my full experience review. As a recently retired active duty servicemember, I always felt that my integrity and trustworthiness was unmatched. I was proven wrong by Belffin when my family and I were not able to keep the couches that they sent to us. Full Disclosure: I chose to buy Belffin couches unseen, and only trusting the reviews that I read regarding the modular couches we wanted. When one of the couches arrived, we opened it and set it up, which was so simple to construct that we were surprised as to how fast assembly went. Unfortunately, when my son and I sat on it, the back of the couch was too low for us. My son is a swimmer and is six feet and two inches tall and I am a bit taller and we were not able to lean back while sitting down, comfortably. When we both tried to lay down on the couch, our shoulders hung over the edge. My wife and daughter absolutely loved the couches and wanted to keep them, but they understood that my son and I would not fit on them and would not be practical for our family. This was in no way Belffin’s fault as their website absolutely and correctly informs their customers of the exact sizes of all their products. This was completely my fault at purchasing them and I am fully to blame for these couches not working out with us. When I requested a return and refund, Belffin was duly concerned at the quality of their product and very concerned with my “dissatisfaction”. After some initial questions and assuredness that they did not cause me to be unhappy with their service, they instantaneously starting to work the situation for me. They obtained the return shipping labels for me, emailed them to me and I attached them to all the boxes that I desired to return. This was at great expense to Belffin. During this entire time, they constantly kept apologizing for the “inconvenience” of me having to deal with returning the items. I was stunned at this as most other companies would display a form of disgust with these types of situations. This was NOT the case with Belffin. Additionally, Belffin requested that I inform them when I completed the shipping return of the items so that they could track the progress. The moment that I sent them all the tracking numbers, they reimbursed me immediately for every single penny that I had already paid, without even ensuring that I returned the items in question. They trusted me to send the correct items back without even verifying them and reimbursed me. I have never heard of this or experienced this type of trust with any company in my life. When this occurred, I literally sat at my desk for a few minutes realizing that Belffin did not care about the money for an instant and I realized that at no time during this process did I even care about or ever feel like I was never going to be reimbursed. That feeling made me question my belief that no one person or thing could be more honest and truthful with as much integrity as myself. I truly believed that nothing could match my integrity until I experienced this situation with Belffin. I am here to say that Belffin is an amazing company and that whatever system they have for training their employees for customer support and being fair and honest is the exact process that every single company should emulate. Lastly, I did not write this review as a favor to anyone, especially Belffin. However, my experience was such a pleasure that I felt a strong desire to share how amazing this company is to those of you that may have any trepidation working with this organization, and I want to ensure you that my experience was outstanding.

I looked around for a couch for a home theater area in our basement. Our old couch tended to be too soft, and I felt like I sat "in" it rather than on it. I also wanted flexibility in how to configure it. Storage was a great bonus too. This couch checks all of the boxes. I am reasonably handy, so it was easy to carry the pieces to my basement (about 50lbs per box) and assemble it. The flexibility of the setup is cool too. For instance, the seat on the far left in the picture is not locked in, so I can easily slide it out as a spare seat during the holidays. Same with the two ottomans. I also left off the armrest on that left side for this reason. I think it also makes it easier to use the side table. During delivery, FedEx damaged the box for one of the ottomans. I reported it and sent pictures. The manufacturer shipped overnight a replacement. Very fast response and really easy to deal. Using the couch is great for me. It is definitely on the firm side but will soften with use. The back height has been mentioned, but it is an issue for my wife and me. The couch sits against two walls, and I think may be an advantage for this issue. Overall very satisfied with it.

This couch is so awesome. I love it. Pros Storage in every part. Super easy to put together. Each part is interchangeable - the arms and backs are the same. The ottoman and seats are the same! It was so important and helpful to be able to rearrange my living room and try different ways as more of my furniture came in. It’s nice to be able to lay the back down at different angles, especially since the couch isn’t very deep. Laying the backs makes the depth more comfortable. Comfortable pillows! Easy to order each piece. The seller was AMAZING to work with, sent a replacement super fast when I had an issue. Cons The color is hard to nail down - it’s darker than the listing photos but lighter than the review photos. I am posting the photo most like it Isnin person. It’s not emerald but it’s not hunter green. This is the big one - the backs and sides lay down by pushing forward or back. They don’t lock in place. If you’ve got a sectional where one part of the couch is not against a wall, then it’s easy to accidentally lean, sit, or push against a wobbly back/side. I have a rental so this last point is gonna be a pain point and I’m worried it will get broken easily with normal use.

This is by far the most I've ever spent on a piece of furniture. I searched all over online and visited about five-six furniture stores. This seemed to be just what I wanted for my space and hesitated for a few weeks due to the images here of other people's couches that make the cushions look like wrinkled garbage. I got the couch in at least seven different boxes over several days. The very last piece was the wrong color (blue, not grey as I ordered). Belfin was really good about checking into it and sending me a new piece. It's easy to assemble (for me) and I like the stiffness of the couch itself. I have a bad back and soft furniture kills me. The pillows are definitely softer than the couch itself, but I still like it. I was also very skeptical about the adjustable backs and armrests, thinking they might be simply prone to failing. So far, so good. If anything, I wish the backs were about 3-4 inches taller. My kid loves the storage space, but it seems a bit trivial to me. Overall, I think I lucked out ordering a couch that I never got to see in person before it arrived. I like it, my son and girlfriend love it. Couch win. I'd include a pic but I'm still getting the living room fitted with other furniture. Maybe later...

We searched forever to find a couch to fit our space and are very happy with this one. The modular system allows for flexibility in design and makes it very easy to put together - every piece is either a back/arm or a base cushion. It took longer to unpack everything than it did to assemble. My husband and I worked together, but an able bodied person should have no problem lifting the boxes and assembling by themselves if I needed. I was pleasantly surprised that there is only a very faint “factory smell” after unpacking which I am sure will dissipate soon. The backs are very low since they double as armrests, but the back pillows come up a bit higher and my 6’3 husband does not seem to mind the shorter backs. Fabric is soft and cushions are firm, but in an almost memory foam way. One of the feet was punctured by one of the SIX screwdrivers that come with the hardware, but there are extra feet so not an issue. Hope this couch holds up!

This couch is amazing. The color is so beautiful and rich. I am amazed how comfortable it is. I had so many issues with ordering a couch on Wayfair I decided to Just go with amazon and I’m so glad I did. I love how interchangeable it is and all the storage. Super easy to put together and great customer service. It arrives in multiple boxes so only one box came the first day, I had to contact customer service and they provided all the tracking numbers and emailed me back quickly. The other 8 boxes came the next day. I can’t say enough great things about this couch. I am sooo happy with it.

We are so so pleased with this purchase, we have a very narrow basement room with low clearance going down the stairs. This has made it almost impossible to have a good couch down there with plenty of seating. I came across this listing and was nervous about ordering a couch from Amazon, but I was wrong. This couch is exactly what we needed, it has so much seating and since it’s Modular it fits our basement perfectly! It arrived with in 3 days of us ordering in multiple boxes which made it easy to move down stairs! Pros: - easy to assemble - comfortable - deep seats - storage - accurate color (green) - reclines Cons: - not all of my recliners work - the backs of the couches are short. This is not a lounging couch or a couch for a house, this is a couch for an apartment, and for short periods of time use because you cannot slouch in it. - pet fur clings to it - harder to clean Overall: I like it, and it suits my living style, but I know that other peoples living styles may not suit this couch. Don’t get this couch if you live in a house, not an apartment or condo.

I have been wanting a sectional sofa for a long time and searched high and low to find a sofa that had clean lines with no extra fluff and reasonably priced. I had never purchased a large item like this off of Amazon, so I was skeptical and carefully read each review and question on Amazon; I also read the company's page from beginning to end including the watching the videos. I decided on the blue U-shaped sectional with six seats. I also bought two extra armrest and two extra pillows. (one of the armrest is not shown in my L-shape configuration photo, it will be used later when I decide to make two separate sofas). I was impressed by the storage under each seat and the back/armrests that recline, but most of all the versatility of the seat configuration. You can change the seating arrangement from left arm to right arm, U-shape, L-shape, with an ottoman (or not), two separate 3 seat sofas, or a four seat sofa and a love seat... or a single chair. Each one can stand alone without it looking like it should be attached. It took about a week to be delivered, it actually arrived two days early. Each seat arrives in a separate box with the pillow and legs stored in the chair. The armrests come in separate boxes. This is great for elevator buildings, smaller doorways or tight stairways! Each box is approximately 50 lbs. It was easy to put together by myself. Just screw on the legs, screw the brackets to the back/armrest and hook it on the seat. There is a metal bracket under each seat to secure the back/armrest. Each seat then connects with two metal brackets that you push into two predrilled holes under the cushion (so it's out of sight). To change the configuration, just pull the two brackets out and move the seat. It's really simple. The material is soft, it feels like micro suede, but it's velvet. The cushions are firm, but not brick hard. The legs are hard plastic. The seats are not as deep (back to front) as my old sofa, but it's enough to sit comfortably. This is not major, especially with all of the pros this sofa has. The price was great for all that this sofa offers. I've only had it for a week, so I hope it holds up for a long time. Another thing that I like, is that if needed, it's easy to replace a section without buying a whole new sofa! A set of legs was missing from my shipment; however, I informed the company's customer service. They were very responsive and sent the legs by FedEx in two days. I would recommend this sofa. In the photos, I first set it up L-shaped, right arm.... then I tured it to an L-shaped left arm, and separated the chair.

Cushions are a little firm but comfortable, I'm sure they will get softer with time. I was nervous ordering furniture off of Amazon but im so glad I did. Super easy instructions and set it up by myself in about a hour. The fabric and tools with it are such good quality. I had a issue with one of the ottomans and the company was so sweet and emailed me back the same day. They sent the replacement part very fast shipment. I’ve easily sold two of my friends on this couch. Dog hair dogs tend to cling to it but my chomchom wipes it away super easily. Worth it. Will buy from them again.
