First off the couch is stunning, I got the blue and it is a dark navy blue. Very neutral and will go with many decors. It really is easy to set up in any configuration you like and the storage is a 10/10. You have to have a couch anyway so why not make it double useful with some storage too! I do wish the storage was a little more spacious but I can't really complain, you can fit a pillow in there, or a few board games or toys but you get multiple seats so the storage adds up! So far it seems fairly easy to wipe clean. I have two cats and it shows their hair a lot and I have had to vacuum it often but it vacuums really well. My cats do scratch everything(sigh) so far it doesn't snag which is great because my old couch did, but it does leave like cat scratch grooves, I try to buff them out with pretty good success but they do still show a little. Still an improvement on actual snags. As for firmness, it is somewhat firm but I actually don't mind it and still find it quite comfortable for lounging. Hopefully the firmness keeps it from sagging for longer. I do take the pillow off completely as a like a deeper seat and I think the "back rest" which is really an arm rest is very comfortable to put your arm on. With the pillow on it does feel a little shallow. Not a deal breaker but definitely more shallow than without the pillow on. I bought two memory foam twin mattress pad toppers to make a king bed basically(I bought an extra ottoman so I'd have 9 total to make a proper bed.) and my guests thought it was awesome and they slept great. Not sure how they would have slept without some extra cushioning though. But I love the versatility of it being a couch and bed with just a few quick adjustments. The real shining star on this couch though has been the customer service. I'm not usually an overly needy customer but I did email the business multiple times about different things and they were very attentive and helped me out when other businesses probably would have said tough luck. I struggled with the idea of ordering such an expensive item over Amazon... especially since I couldn't try out the couch first myself. I sat on so many couches in furniture stores that just felt hard, and had pretty much resigned myself to the fact that any couch I would buy would feel that way, so I may as well get more bang for the buck. I'm thrilled to say that, while firm, this couch is far more comfortable than expected. Anyone who has tried it out has agreed. It was super easy for me (130lb female) to assemble on my own and comes with full sized screw drivers in each box. I was also worried about getting such a dark color in velvet. I have a cat and kids so I knew everything would show. Weirdly, the cats hair brushes right off. Any spots have cleaned up easily, and the fabric is so soft and comfortable. The backs being able to recline is such a nice feature for movies, and I haven't even begun to fill all the storage. Finally, a note on customer service: I accidentally submitted my old address when I checked out and didn't realize it until the couch had shipped (I was in the process of moving). I went through FedEx and paid to have all 8 packages delivered to the correct address. FedEx failed. They took my money and still delivered to the wrong address. I was able to pick the couch up myself (in many trips) but FedEx proved insanely difficult to get a refund. They first required me to wait 7-10 days. Then they required the shipper to contact them "for security purposes" despite the shipper having nothing to do with their error or the shipping fee. I reached out to Belffin customer service asking if they would be able to contact FedEx on my behalf. Not only did they say they would contact FedEx--they offered to just "refund" me the $$. To be clear...none of this mess was Belffins fault and the $ charged did not go to them. I'm thrilled with this entire process in regards to the company and the product. ... show more

Very nice couch, it is sleek and compact, ideal for smaller spaces but still comfortable. Being able to move it as needed but also securing with the provided hardware is great, very easy to use. The extra storage is a huge plus, we store blankets for snuggling on movie nights!

My order came quickly and the couch is exactly as advertised. The upholstery feels nice, assembly was very easy with just one person, and the seats are comfortable. The way the seats attach is a good balance between stability and ease to change things up. The under seat storage is a nice addition.

So hands down I love my sofa. 5/5 stars They are super versatile, great storage, and pretty comfty. Reason why I’m giving it 4/5 stars. Instructions are confusing. You read and it says box a has this and box b has this and combine a and b to make C, WHEN all you have is box b. What it doesn’t say is everything is in box b. Ok cool, so box b has 5 legs (yes you will use all 5) and 1 arm cushion. NOTE: a 3 seater sofa uses 5 arms ( one on each side and 3 for the back) again instructions didn’t say that. (Would have been nice to known) and if you have 8 pieces, you get 8 separate boxes. For screws they use a Phillips screw and give you a flat head. (Very minor) Lastly hardware, they give you a ton of clips for the cushions/back support, but really wished they gave more hardware for combining the pieces together. I used all the joints but have like 8 extra arm brackets. (Totally wish I had like 2-3 more of the combining brackets) Another note on assembly, if your OCD with having the storage open the same, I highly recommend you build all of the sofa pieces first then the arms. Will save you time. On company’s improvement: can you add some extra designs on instructions? The Amazon pics have some solid layouts and wish the instructions had them listed or even had other forms since it’s super versatile. Lastly, do you sell individual modules since I would love to get one more to expand on the 8 piece module to make it one side a longer automan? Or for others having a option to buy extra arms to complete a live seat. ... show more

This is an amazing couch, and definitely recommend for anybody who likes to reorganize, decorate, and rearrange furniture. The versatility of this couch is incredible and our living room requires a unique setup. We rearranged this couch in 10+ ways before we decided on a layout that fit best. If that wasn’t enough to make you buy it, consider the storage under EACH seat. Blankets, extra parts, pillows, sheets, etc. I looked for a month and this was by far the best decision I could’ve made. Price is super affordable and compared to other models, this one has reclinable back rests which is so nice and just adds to the versatility of this couch. I wasn’t sure about ordering a couch off of Amazon originally and spent weeks debating this choice but I am so happy with this purchase! The couch came in 8 large packages and was easy to put together. The best part is that even if something happens in the future to one piece, the entire sofa doesn’t need to be replaced. I say that this couch is too comfortable because if you take a nap on it, you will forever want to do so! I now call me laying on it my “restorative time.” I am happy that I went with the black color because although it is a dark, neutral, it will go with any and everything in the future. This couch is sooo beautiful and worth getting. It's perfect for someone on a budget like me that can't afford higher end sectionals. This is just like a high end sectional for a good price. You can do so much with it. I think the company was really smart with creating it like they did. I've had it for awhile now and have only had one cushion mess up but reached out to the company and they are have been so kind, caring, and helped resolved my issue. The green is stunning and looks so elegant and brought a whole new feel to our living room. If your thinking about getting this couch go ahead and do it. You won't regret it. My only suggestion is dont let your kids or family sit in the same spot all the time. It will help the cushions maintain their plump appearance. It does get white spots from drool as well if your kids take naps on it but it's easy to clean with a shampooer and cleaning solution. I personally use OxiClean carpet cleaner solution in the dark blue bottle and it works great. You just have to saturate the spot well and scrub multiple times to really get the white drool spots out. Also I have a dog but he doesn't shed so I can't say how well it does with pet hair but it seems to me that a vacuum cleaner would easily get the hair off this couch due to it velvety like material. The storage is an awesome idea , there's tons of it. The arm and back rests are durable as long as you don't let anyone sit on them or be super ruff with it.
