Very easy to put together, spacious and good quality. The only thing I would comment on is that the armchair end do not quite match up perfectly with the back on all the other seats. But with the back cushions it’s really not noticeable.

I have two sectionals from Bellfin. Both are made of the velvet material, which everyone loves. This material is soft, and easy to clean. The pillows and cushions on both sectionals are firm but very comfortable. I weigh 190 lbs and I don't want to sink into the pillow or feel like I am sitting on a board. Their pillows are perfect. The first sectional I bought has tilting backrests, which create a great pillow angle for laying down while watching the TV, and they really extend the seat depth making it very comfortable for my 6'2" frame. This sectional is also very comfortable. It does not recline like my other sectional and the back pillows are thicker so there is not as much room for me to lay down, but it is very classy looking and comfortable. My wife and I and the whole family love both sectionals! Lastly, Belffin customer service is EXCELLENT. I have called customer service a couple times with questions and requests for additional pillows, etc. and they have been super responsive, polite, and helpful. Great couch did not come with the arm rest on each side and missing second ottoman but I’m will be purchasing extra seats to make bigger it was a really easy set up I wish it had more pillows and it came in I think 9 boxes

My family really likes this couch. We got it in navy blue and use the couch in our basement family room. It’s perfect for our space and an affordable price. The fabric is soft and smooth. We love that we can change the shape of the sectional however we want to meet our needs.

Let me just start by saying I am aware ordering a sofa online is a risky business, so it is so important to have honest reviews. I bought this sofa because it fits my space perfectly and the reviews were very good. It came in 9 packages on 3 different days (which would have been helpful to know in advance). You can arrange it in several different configurations but I wanted the one shown in the sales photo. The fabric is a velvety suede which is very soft. The color is more of a greige not beige. My two biggest issues are 1) that the cushions are very firm and could be softer and 2) there are three corners in this setup but you only get two of the corner pieces. I took this issue up with their customer service but did not get an extra piece or any satisfaction. Their solution was to swap the other corner with the open corner which would have left that corner unfinished as well. I like it but would I buy it again? Not for the big $$ I paid for it. ... show more

This has been the absolute BEST purchase furniture wise that we have in tested in! Between 5 kids and the animals it's an absolute dream. Easy to clean, animal hair comes right up and I promise it is the only furniture that cats can not destroy!!! It looks as good today as it did the day it was delivered. I ordered this couch and it was delivered in a timely manner. However, the couch did was not condusive to our house. The couch appeared to be of good quality, nice and sturdy. We decided that we wanted to return the couch and go in another direction. I made contact with the seller and they were very hospitable and professional. Throughout the week the seller was in constant communication with us and we never felt they had ignored our issues. We responded through amazon's message board and I received updates about the return everyday. We finally came up with a solution that worked for us. Although we did not keep the couch, I have to say their customer service was well and beyond what you typically see from other sellers or businesses and we are so appreciate of all of their efforts. ... show more
