I ordered 2 of these...one came complete and the other was missing half of the parts....I installed the 1 and when I went back to re-order #2 it came back with a price increase of $15. Apparently I got a special price because it was second hand. You'd never know it as they looked brand new...not a scratch or dent anywhere. I'm disappointed because they wouldnt honor the price I paid on the first one when I ordered 2. The rods themselves are your typical curtain rods. The ends are plastic....but no one would know unless they are touching them. You cant tell at all when they are hung. ... show more

I thought I'd made a mistake ordering the dark bronze brackets--but I love the look. I replaced a full length curtain rod with 3 of these instead--and can't believe how much nicer the room looks. Nice product for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
