My sofa arrived in several boxes as stated. I must say it was fairly easy to assemble. All of the parts that were needed to assemble it were included, even a screw driver. The sofa fabric is soft, the cushions are extremely comfortable and thick in a good way. You don’t sink in when you sit which is a big bonus as I have elderly parents who needed help to get up from my last sofa. The fabric is durable and easy to wipe down and maintain. I love that I can change up the configuration to suit our needs, and potential to add more pieces if needed. It looks great in my living room. This sofa has amazing store big bonus! The customer service was great. I was a little concerned that I wasn’t able to track my order after the first package was delivered. I reached out and they reassured me and sent all of the tracking numbers. They even reached out again to make sure that everything arrived and all was well. I really appreciate the extra effort. Getting a new couch was something I put off for a LONG time. I had my reservations about buying a piece of furniture that I’ll be using every day online without seeing in person, but the reviews were good and I didn’t want to get a full couch up my stairs so I gave it a shot! It came in a bunch of boxes, each weighing about 40-50 lbs. Instructions and tools come in most of the boxes since they mix and match the pieces. Set up is incredibly easy- after you’ve done 1 or 2 you don’t need them anymore. You have little brackets that you can use to lock the pieces together or you can leave them loose to move the couch pieces around. Couch is VERY comfortable, and looks really good in the home. There is room for 3 people and my 2 large cats to all comfortably sprawl out with no problem. Every arm is adjustable with 3 settings so you can set them for whatever angle is best for you and easily adjust as you need. It does have a lot of static at first but that wears off after a few days. The cat hair mostly sits on top so we can easily pick off the clumps or run a lint roller over it every few days to keep it clean. One of my cats likes to claw the side but I’m not seeing any marks, either it’s sturdy or just blends in really well lol!! Very pet friendly. Material is a soft velvet, very comfortable. At the price, I would recommend this couch to anyone. I could move it myself, it is so comfortable and customizable! It also has storage under each of the cushions which I use for blankets. 10/10 purchase. ... show more

When you order this it will come in 5 different packages that may not all arrive at the same time, don’t freak out. I didn’t know this and was concerned I got ripped off for a second. The couch is super comfy, soft, and easy to put together. It has a lot of storage space. I love the color. My one complaint is that the cushions aren’t actually attached to the base so the cushions shift around a little, especially if you use one as an ottoman piece. ... show more

I ordered the L Shaped Couch with Storage 4-seat Convertible Sofa - Grey. I will say it’s not your typical “grey”. It’s more of a stone, taupe type color. I would not call this grey. But that’s just my own personal opinion. (Still loooove the couch) I have it mostly covered anyways due to animals. Ok let me first start by talking about the delivery. The first delivery was 2 boxes and I slightly freaked out because Amazon only provides you with one tracking number. I immediately reached out to the company and they provided me with the other tracking numbers. There are 5 or 6 tracking numbers I believe. You will receive a total of 6 boxes. At least this is the case for the L-shape, the other configurations may vary. The couch is completely modular, so each piece can be moved and constructed how you see fit. I have moved around the ottomans in different ways but ultimately settled on having a longer chaise. You will receive 5 ottoman pieces. They all have storage. 4 pillows, 6 backs/armrests, they’re both the same piece. Of course a numerous amount of feet pieces too. I think it’s the perfect height. It’s absolutely so comfortable. Obviously one of the things you always worry about buying furniture online is if it’s comfortable or not. It is. Not too firm but not too plush. It’s honestly just right. Installation didn’t take TOO much time. There’s just a lot of pieces so it may take longer to get them all attached. Overall I’m so happy with this couch. ... show more

First of all, the company was extremely responsive and cared about my experience. They answered all of my questions in a timely matter and were reassuring. Secondly, this couch is COMFY and BEAUTIFUL! The hunter green is sexy and fun, but still versatile for decorating. The fabric is soft and the cushions are just the right amount of firm. How can I forget?! The reclining arm and back rests!!!! This feature makes this couch even more relaxing to lay out on... I have fallen asleep wayyy too many times on this couch lol. This couch is a great size, and can comfortably hold 4 people sitting or 2 laying down. I love the modular and customizable nature of the sofa, and I truly feel this is a forever couch! The old design was better. This new design is good in theory but the execution is a fail. Having removable cushion covers is a plus but having the wooden slats underneath is a huge negative. We had one of the slats break a few weeks after purchase. On top of the broken slat they keep falling in allowing whoever that sits there fall through. Multiple times a day I find myself having to fix the slats. ... show more

Excellent customer service. We had a fault which we notified upon receipt of delivery. Fantastic response with replacement sent in days. We love the blue color and the storage. Easy to put together. Unfortunately though, after using this sofa for 6 months, I can't recommend it. Maybe we had a faulty batch but the sofa has not worn well. We are a couple with 2 kids. I'd say it has had normal use. However the cushions you sit on feel like they have really worn down. We noticed this within 4 months of having the sofa. It isn't very comfortable, the seating space is pretty sparse. It's not a sofa for lounging on. It's a pain to move and vacuum under. All in all we regret the purchase and are already looking to buy a replacement. $1.2k for 6 months usage isn't a great investment 👎 ... show more

Great product, exactly as described. Easy to assemble. Very convenient that you can arrange each section independently to fit the room. The fabric is soft. The cushions are a little on the firmer side and will probably break in - but if not, it’s totally comfortable as is (probably better on the back than sinking in a soft couch). Also customer service is great. I needed an extra pillow and they made it happen very easily.
