i love my couch!! it's gorgeous, comfortable, and soft. The pull out bed is definitely smaller than expected, but its nice for pulling out and kicking my feet up. The pull out as well as the couch cushions are super sturdy, and firm yet plush. I saw a review before purchasing that mentioned an issues with the couch not being level at the cushions--the cushions on the regular modules vs the pull out module are different thicknesses so the couch is all level! make sure you don't switch them around while assembling. additionally, i love that the seat cushions velcro to the couch, so you don't have to worry about them slipping and sinking with use. It was relatively simple to assemble, although I did accidentally insert the backrest on the pullout module the wrong way, and i was not able to remove it to put it the right way. I emailed the seller and they offered to send me a new module piece! Extremely happy with my choice. I will say, the angle of the backrest is a bit odd, but it is still extremely comfortable and I'm happy I went with this one after searching for weeks.

I was a little bit leary to buy a couch online without seeing or touching it first. But, the reviews helped me go ahead and get it. I am so glad I did! The color (black) is perfect and exactly what I wanted. The size is great for my family and having people over. The cushions aren't too stiff or too soft, it's just right! It's very comfortable, and the material makes it easy to clean and is also soft. My favorite part is the extention that turns into a sleeping area. It's glides in and out smoothly. It's so easy! The couch also came with a cushioned pad for the bed. It is great quality and very comfortable. The couch was also extremely easy to put together. I highly recommend this couch. It's a really great purchase and worth the price. 10/10

We received all the sofa pieces in one delivery, minus the ottoman which was delivered a couple days later. Assembly was fairly easy for one person, but a second person's help would've been nice. The pull out bed section is heavy to maneuver during assembly, but it wasn't too bad. The ottoman storage is shallow, but it's enough to store two or three light blankets. The ottoman can be free floating, or attached to a seat via two small drop in brackets. We're using the ottoman with the brackets to make a lounge chair. The fabric is velvet. If you have pets, we've found that hair is fairly easy to clean with a lint brush. Seat cushions are firm, but comfortable. Both the seat and back cushions have zippers, so you can refill them with foam if the padding ever deteriorates. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is due to the "box springs" type bottom of the seats. I would've like to have seen a more firm, solid bottom to the seats. Every time you sit, you can hear the springs move and shift. I have no doubt that the springs will last quite a while, but I just don't like that the seat shifts and creeks when I sit or move. For reference, I'm about 190lbs. My kids notice the springs too when they sit, and they're 50lbs and 70lbs. All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this sectional to others.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. THEY SAY YOU CAN ADD MORE PIECES. WE DID EXACTLY THAT TO ADD AN OTTOMAN FOR $89. THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER SAYING WHAT WE CHOSE IS WRONG. WHEN I ASK FOR WHAT WILL WORK THEY ONLY GIVE YOU AN OPTION TO BUY SOMETHING 3 TIMES THE ORIGINAL PRICE. WE PLAN TO RETURN EVERYTHING SINCE THEY BAIT AND SWITCH ON PRICES. I HAVE NEVER NEVER NEVER HAD A SELLER CANCEL AN ORDER IN 13 YEARS. SHADY COMPANY. The only option you are giving me is to spend $239. Your page for Amazon says that everything is compatible. We find pieces that we want and you cancel the order and give me only an option to spend more money. We have already spent $1100. We will find boxes and send everything back for a refund. This is becoming a headache and I am forced to leave a negative review because pieces don't match like you advertise.

My sectional arrived EARLIER than anticipated. The instructions were clear to follow and assembly was easy. I worked by myself and it was still easy. I live alone in a high rise apartment with no pets or children. I went slow and was sure to follow the instructions. It took longer than reported, but that’s ok - I was slow and careful. Some pieces were heavy and awkward to connect together by just one person, but I managed with styrofoam provided in the boxes to raise one section and allow connection with another section. Color as advertised. Sectional is soft, cozy, comfortable, and attractive. Contacting customer service was quick and easy via email. They were fast to respond and very courteous and helpful. I would buy again - and highly recommend.

We have had our couch for a couple weeks now and we love it. It was super easy to put together, no tools needed and only took 30 minutes. The fabric is soft and seems to be pretty durable. We love the modular design that can be adjusted to fit our space and the pull out bed for extra leg room, having the pups snuggle with us, or guests. The back pillows are not as thick as I would like them to be but the seat cushions are super comfortable. We also love the functionality of the storage area in the ottoman but if we ever get a bigger space, we may invest in more sections with storage because it only fits 2 throw blankets and we have a ton. Overall, a great couch! (Also, had GREAT customer service from Belffin directly)

I have had this sofa for around 11 months now when I first got it i really loved it, appeared to be good quality and was very comfortable. I purposefully got a couch where I can remove the covers to wash them. I am a single person with one cat my couch does not take very much abuse there isnt kids or lots of pets jumping on it. The first time I tried to remove the covers I realized you can only remove them off the back pillows not the lower seating portion due to the style you would need to clip the rouching on the fabric to take it fully off so it unzip for now reason and seems like a poor design feature if the cushion covers are meant to be removed as advertised. And generally that is the portion of the couch I find actually gets dirty faster. I also found the back pillows on the inset the li ing is completely shredded so there is loose stuffing everywhere. After about 3 months the seam in the pull out section tore it had only been pulled out twice for use by guests. It wasn't even paid off yet. The cushions have deflated about a third of the way and the area behind the back cushions the wood is starting to tear through the black part of the lining Overall I cant say that I would recommend this to anyone from a durability standpoint. The material the exterior part of the cushions is made of seems to be good quality and has help up well beyone the pull out portion where the seam came undone and the color is very nice. But within the next year I am likely looking at replacing this couch due to the parts that arent meant to be seen not being great quality as they are making the back cushions look lumpy and I cant take it apart to wash it and boards are coming through the backing fabric. Again I am one person who works quite a lot to try and afford a home on my own so im not home to sit on this couch very often and dont have $1400 to drop on a couch every 2 years. I would maybe do a little more research or contemplate saving and spending a little more on a better quality sofa if you are contemplating a purchase as I should have
