4 boxes arrived on the same day, all of the pieces were shipped and delivered together. It takes 2 fairly strong people to unpack and assemble the set, but it’s a quick process. This sectional is perfect for my space. I’d never bought a couch sight unseen, so I was cautiously optimistic it would be good, but the fabric and quality exceeded my expectations. The shade of gray is exactly what I was looking for. The cost is definitely a fair price to pay for this. It is sturdy and well built. The loveseat has ample storage space for blankets and a pillow or 2. The sleeper sofa pulls out with minimal effort. The functionality of a couch and sleeper is definitely a plus. This is a firm set but I like that. And most sleeper sofas are on the firm side. I saw one comment…the buyer wasn’t happy with customer service. One of the cushions had a crease in it, maybe during packing. I emailed the seller. They responded in less than 24 hrs. They ask for photos, that was fair enough. I sent photos and they responded within 24 hr and immediately sent out a replacement cushion. The seller/company and their customer service is A+…I don’t know how they could improve. If ever I need another couch, I won’t hesitate to buy again from them. Based on my experience…the set can’t be beat and customer service goes above and beyond. My delivery window was Dec 6-10…all 4 pieces arrived on the 6th. Thank you for an awesome experience. I will also say this, before finding this sectional, I shopped locally. I was shocked at the lack of quality of name brand furniture especially for the price. I was even more surprised at the length of the warranty. Most had one year. I found one small couch, almost $800 or $900. I considered it since I needed something before Christmas. When I ask the sales person about the weight capacity, he couldn’t find it in any of the literature. He gave me the item #, I went to the website to research. It wasn’t posted anywhere on their website…and this is a brand that have furniture store where all they sell is their brand. The information provided on the Amazon website was complete, the warranty through the company was 1 yr, but it wasn’t too costly to buy the additional 3 yrs warranty which I did. This set also holds 466 lbs per seat. I don’t expect we will have that much on one seat, but nevertheless the information was complete. I absolutely love this sectional. ... show more

Bought this for an apartment I was moving into that was on the smaller side. I wanted something Bigger than a regular three seater chaise sectional for game and movie nights but wasn't overwhlemingly large and this fit the bill. I love that it has the pull out option because it makes the space feel so much large when its put away but its great to have when you want to lounge for a movie night or a last minute need for a guest small guest bed. Im 5'3" so for me the couch is fine and im able to lay on it fully even without the pullout and my feet stull have a ton of room before the end of the couch. Everything was relatively easy to put together by myself and only took an hour. I mainly got this as I have a large fluffy dog who likes to dig at stuff before he lays down and the listing says the couch was scratch resistant and good for pet hair. He's laid on it rolled all around it and despite his long hair and mounds of undercoat nothing has yet to stick and most things by now id have to wash or vacuum and no tears in the cushions. The cushions are also all removable for easy washing which helps cut down on dog smell too. My only real complaint is the couch is pretty firm so it might be uncomfortable for some. I have back problems and nerve pain and at first the couch seems a tad uncomfortable when laying down but I honestly dont notice after awhile and became quite comfortable. I've already napped on it so can't be that bad but I just wish it was a bit softer. There's not much give to it if any but its not exactly stiff and hard if you get what I mean. It is also lower to the ground so if youre taller I would advise possibly buying some risers. Over all I would purchase it again and im glad I got it. ... show more

    • Awesome compact couch!
Size: Sleeper Sofa 1 Color: Dark Grey
Review Image by Lisa
Bought it for our camper with limited space and could not be happier with this purchase! It’s a great size for the space, compact, offers a pull out bed for extra sleeping, easy assemble. The fabric is quality, assembly is basically self explanatory and it’s nice and firm, hopefully built to last. Definitely worth every penny and exactly what we were looking for! ... show more

Size: Sleeper Sofa 4 Color: Blue
Great sofa especially for the price! Cushions are firm, but not hard - Good for my personal liking at least. I was a bit concerned with the height of the back rest, but it provides just the right amount of support. Assembly is easy and fast. It was delivered as multiple packages over a few days, and unfortunately my order was missing a cushion. However, the seller has incredibly effective communication and resolved the matter quickly. I've had it fully put together for about a month now and am very satisfied with the purchase this far. ... show more

    • Perfect Couch with Storage and Sleeper
Size: Sleeper Sofa 3 Color: Blue
I really love this modular sofa. It has the easy pull out bed, as well as storage. It is a little firm, as other reviews stated, but I like it. A couple of throw pillows behind me and a comfy place for reading or watching TV. I like the versatility you get with the modular units - it would be easy to order another piece or 2 if I decide I need more seating space. The customer service is wonderful as well. When I received my boxes, one was pretty beat up. The back piece had a small hole in the fabric. I contacted Belffin right away and they sent out a new piece within days. They also sent me a video showing how to get the bad one off, once the backs are put on they are a little challenge to get back off, but the video was helpful. I highly recommend purchasing from Belffin if you are considering a modular sofa. ... show more

Size: Sleeper Sofa 3 Color: Dark Grey
So I’m torn on this review . I want to give it a 3 sometimes or a 5 . So I’m going with a 4 . The good , it shipped and was delivered faster than expected . It looks nice , and gives us so much room to. The seat cushions are comfortable and I like it. The assembly wasn’t bad and it didn’t take to much time. The bad , the back of the seats are awful to assemble. You put it in wrong or need to take it out, it’s a pain to take out . Back cushions are thin and need to be thicker . But , It’s a huge upgrade from what we had but the back of the couch is a pain point for me . But for it being in our basement . It makes movie nights and watching the game comfortable and relaxing . I would recommend this though ... show more

Size: Sleeper Sofa 4 Color: Black
Review Image by Susan J.
I never buy new couches but it was hard to find a black sectional used so I splurged on this and am not disappointed! I usually prefer softer couches and beds and this one a bit on the firmer side but def not rock hard, still comfortable! The pull out bed slides out super smooth. I love the extra storage and being able to configure it so many different ways. I’m not sure what the fabric is but it feels velvety. Pet hair comes off super easy. I haven’t washed the covers yet. The build is pretty sturdy. The only thing is the back cushions are a little too lightly filled so a throw pillow helps behind your back. ... show more

    • Comfy and cozy with a dash of frustrating
Size: Sleeper Sofa 4 Color: Blue
The Pro's: -The sectional arrived a week earlier than the anticipated delivery window. - Easy to assemble - Very comfortable and cozy- cushions are very firm but to us that's a really good thing. - Truly is easy to clean- our cats fur doesn't show against the blue velvet. - Very sturdy piece of furniture. The Cons: - If a piece arrives missing pieces or damaged good luck getting it resolved. Our Ottoman was missing the legs and I reached out to their customer support. The legs are out of stock at their warehouse so they offered a partial refund if I purchased legs on my own. I asked for the leg dimensions as I had already put the sectional together and everything clicked into place. Their response "You have legs measure them yourself." I highly doubt they will actually provide the partial refund. - The two seater with storage shipped separately from the other 5 pieces, it was supposed to arrive the day after so not a big deal--- but it ended up arriving 4 days after. Not the end of the world but definitely was frustrating. - Shipped via fedex, first delivery was great and seamless. The second delivery it was delivered to the wrong building at the bottom of the stairs. Had it just been me I would not have been able to bring the remaining piece up by myself. Do I love the sectional? Yes. Would I buy again- maybe. While my Cons can be resolved and aren't that major it would force me to reconsider purchasing again in the future. ... show more
