    • Buy this couch with confidence!!!
Color: Beige Size: 9 Seats - Large
Summary: Quality furniture, priced fairly. Seller is trustworthy & professional. Product : exactly as advertised. Comfortable, solid /stable. Plenty of cushion. Attractive looking. It's very versatile. I thought I wanted the 9 pieces for a HUGE couch to spread out in. Turns out I only needed 6 for a very comfortable TV room lounger. I made a chaise with the other 3 pieces & I'm happier than I expected. Customer service : Excellent. I had a warranty issue. They were prompt and and communicative. They resolved the issue quickly by sending me a new section right away. Assembly : Simple. Fast. ... show more

Beyond satisfied with these couches! I was a little skeptical at first because ordering couches online is always risky but I cannot tell you how great these couches are. Not only did they arrive fast , I got the first 2 packages a few days after order was placed then I got the rest of the 8 boxes a few days after. Putting them together was very easy. Placement of the couches is endless, the storage in each of the couches is a bonus to keep blankets and toys hidden from view. The only downfall for me was that I ordered the 9 seater and I felt like it was missing a pillow because the corner seat takes 2 pillows to cover the corner, I evened up having to order another backseat pillow which I hope will be the same as the one it comes with. I am beyond happy with the sofa, not only is it comfortable and beautiful looking but it is soft to the touch and will be used daily ... show more

    • Sturdy build and easy to assemble
Color: Blue Size: 9 Seats - Large
This might be the finest made furniture I have in my home. Wow. Solid build with heavy steel hardware, firm cushions, and packaged efficiently and shipped without any damage. Most surprising was to see how well everything lined up and fit perfectly when easily putting everything together. Also got prompt and courteous customer service. All questions were answered and a follow up message made sure I was taken care of. Great company, great product. Buy without hesitation! ... show more

    • My bad back loves this
Color: Beige Size: 9 Seats - Large
First sofa I can actually sit in comfortably. Yes it's firm, and not deep seated, but perfect for my troubled sciatica pained back. Very comfy to lie down on. Super easy to assemble and not that difficult to move around. Absolutely love that I can rearrange the sectionals any way we want. Hardware made everything so simple. Raving over the storage in every seat and ottoman!! I found these to be sturdy. We'll see when grandbabies and grandpuppy come visit. No doubt they will want to run and jump all over this. I love that you can purchase separately individual seats, ottoman and seat sides to add on. Very happy with this sectional. ... show more

    • not comfortable/doesn't look nice
Color: Blue Size: 9 Seats - Large
this sectional is not comfortable and if you don't have a rug/don't anchor the pieces they will slip away from you as you're sitting on them. the extra storage is a nice option but hasn't been particularly useful, we just have some extra blankets in a few of them but they're not all utilized. the price is very high for the quality. i would strongly recommend visiting living spaces for more beautiful/comfortable couches for similar prices. very much regret this purchase. ... show more

    • The couch is nice, the customer service has been phenomenal
Color: Black Size: 9 Seats - Large
Review Image by Brei'Ann
The couch is nice, the customer service has been phenomenal. I don’t normally leave reviews, but they deserve a shout out. I cannot say enough nice things about their customer service team. The couch came quickly, and it was easy to assemble. We were working with a weird space and needed something that would fit with our dimensions. This sofa ticked all the boxes and was affordable. The quality is nice and the velvet is great for my cats (the hair just wipes off). After setting up the sofa, we decided to create a separate arm chair with one of the sectional pieces. I emailed Belffin’s customer service to ask if it were possible to purchase only the arm pieces. They were extremely responsive and sent me the links for the correct pieces. I decided I wanted to get an additional back cushion as well but couldn’t find the exact one for our couch. I decided to just place an order for a similar one available from Belffin’s Amazon store. They messaged me shortly after the order was placed to let me know the cushion was not the same as the sofa I had ordered, and they had corrected my order to match. The additional arms and cushion came in 3 days, and I am beyond happy with my couch. ... show more

the couch is to narrow. Fabric feels cheap and scratches easily. Hard to keep clean would highly recommend staying away from black

    • Worth the money
Color: Beige Size: 9 Seats - Large
I just got my sofa delivered today and I couldn’t be happier. The design looks even better in person and modern but super cozy. The cushions are firm but comfortable, and the fabric feels durable yet soft. I also appreciate how easy the setup was; everything came well-packaged and in great condition. Honestly, I’ve been shopping around for months, and this is the first sofa that feels like the perfect balance of comfort and style. Definitely worth the wait. ... show more
